Little Lacey is a one stop shop. I brought my daughter’s communion dress, hair accessories, sash and all jewellery from them.
Quality of their products are exceptional and great value. My daughter received many compliments of her dress. Shipping times were also great. Emma was wonderful to deal with.

I’ve gotten over 5 beautiful dresses from little Lacey now for my 3 little girls, and every single one is absolutely beautiful, so well made, stunning quality. Made to last and pass down. The details on every dress are so unique and Devine! I wouldn’t buy a dress from anywhere else.

Cannot rave about this company enough. I ordered a dress for my daughter for our wedding and I put the wrong post code! I was so worried and the team were OUTSTANDING! They replied to my worried straight away and reassured me they'd do everything they can to get in contact with the courier company. The dress arrived safely and wow, we were blown away. The quality of the dress was stunning and we have so many beautiful photos of our daughter Emmy wearing it at our wedding. I cannot recommend this beautiful store highly enough, their customer service was second to none! X

I just bought 5 dresses off A Little Lacey and I have to say, I was nervous. Not only was it online, I had never actually heard of them before. Then to find out they’re an Australian business!!!!
I was still nervous but honestly, I am SO incredibly glad I ordered. I got 3 beautiful white flower girls dresses. They’re just beautiful!!!!
And I got 2 gorgeous dusty pink flower girls dresses.
There was a big sale on so I missed a size for one of the dusty rose dresses and hoping they come back in stock.

Gorgeous white Dress - My Daughter Loves It! This dress is absolutely adorable! As soon as we put it on, she started twirling. The fabric is super soft and comfy, and it fits really well. The style is beautiful with just the right amount of detail. It's very dressy and looks amazing for birthdays, weddings, or family photos, but still practical enough for everyday wear if she wants to feel a little fancy. I honestly couldn't be happier with the quality for the price. Definitely a great buy!

This was our second order from A Little Lacey and we’ve had such a lovely experience both times. We recently purchased the Savannah Girls Ocean Breeze Maxi Dress for our daughter to wear on our recent cruise and it was absolutely perfect. She received so many compliments on the dress and looked beautiful in it.

would not recommend this company based on my experience with their return policy and customer service.
While I understand that businesses need policies in place, their return process feels extremely rigid, with no flexibility or willingness to consider individual circumstances or genuine mistakes. Customer service was unwilling to make any exception or offer a reasonable solution, which left me feeling very disappointed.
A good company should value its customers and show some understanding when issues arise. Unfortunately, this company seems more focused on enforcing strict rules than providing a positive customer experience.
I would encourage others to carefully consider this before purchasing, as if something goes wrong, you may find there is very little empathy or support.

We’re disappointed to see this review, particularly as it follows correspondence in which we were advised that if we did not make an exception to our refund policy, the matter would be shared on social media.
The customer requested a refund because her daughter did not like the items purchased. Our returns policy clearly states that change-of-mind returns are eligible for a size exchange or store credit rather than a refund.
A store credit was available for the full eligible return value, so the customer was not left without a return option or reasonable solution.
We always try to consider individual circumstances where we reasonably can. However, we also need to apply our returns policy fairly and consistently. In this case, we did not believe there was a basis to override our clearly stated change-of-mind policy.
We are also aware that substantially the same complaint has now been posted across multiple review platforms following our decision not to make an exception.
We respect every customer’s right to share their experience. Equally, we believe a business should be able to stand by a clearly stated policy without being pressured to change its decision through the prospect of negative reviews or social media posts.
