Quick delivery, and the birds LOVE it!!!

Just such a lovely little company to have the pleasure of doing business with. Most importantly her seed mix the birds in my garden love it and it’s gives me such joy to watch them come and go and the occasional squabble !
Clare is also very quick to respond if you have any questions regarding your order . Just give her a try she does a trial pack you only pay for the postage you will not regret it and your feathered friends will thank you !

Very friendly helpful service. The product was delayed but I was kept informed. The newsletters about the birds and seasonal wildlife is really interesting and informative.

The ordering was fine, but the execution of delivery has been awful no fault of the little bird company, just delivery company.

Nice product delivered in sturdy eco packaging. I like the information enclosed and the little birds like their new food!

Excellent service, birds certainly enjoy your food.

The quality of the bird seed is excellent. I have a wide range of birds visiting the feeder. The package is very robust.

I was delighted with my purchase of a Medusa bird feeder guard and it arrived on time in perfect condition.

I highly recommend this company!

A brilliant company with great customer service!!
I purchased a Simon King Medusa Defender Hanging Bird Feeder which was so good I had to buy another one!
Thanks Clare for your great service.
I'm sure I'll be back!!

Good product, good communication and delivered quickly.

Top quality bird seed is greatly appreciated by the buerd in our garden.
Also the booklet that comes with it is very informative.

The birds using our feeders go nuts for the feed supplied by Clare and Little Bird Company. Great service, and lovely to deal with. Thoroughly recommend.

Everything so easy ,ordering, paying and the arrival of my parcel came very quickly.

Fabulous quality . Great customer service Prompt delivery

The bird food is good quality and the birds love it. The down side is the delivery service it was nearly 10 days before it arrived. I know there was a Bank holiday in between but I had an email saying it was out for delivery but it then took another 7 days to be delivered

The birds love this blend of food, which is varied for the seasons so you know the birds have the nutrition they need in the winter and for the new chicks in spring. Claire is very helpful and quick to address any queries.

Excellent personal service . Quick delivery and confidence in what I was buying . The birds loved it , ate every bit. 🍒

Company responded well but their courier service lost the delivery twice. Company sent out further supplies but due to poor service from courier the item arrived very late. Company did its best to resolve issue but might want to rethink which courier service they use.

I ordered a window bird feeder with food and both products came well packaged and wrapped beautifully, fantastic delivery time and high quality bird feeder.

I got the free sample which the birds devoured very quickly so I have now signed up for a subscription. I love the way there is no waste unlike other seed mixes which always have the wheat and maize left. The birds eat every bit of this mix so there is nothing left. The seed mix is made up depending on the season. Also it comes in a paper bag which is eco friendly. I thoroughly recommend this bird seed and so do the birds!!
