I ordered a cycling jacket from Alison and it arrived well packaged and in good time. I initially chose Alison Biciclette because the price of the Oxford Venture Jacket was very competitive. I was very pleased with the order; however, I had ordered the wrong size so I contacted Alison and arranged an exchange. Alison was really accommodating, reserving the correct size which was dispatched quickly whilst I returned the original. Overall Alison could not have been more helpful in sorting out my order and ensuring I had the correct sized jacket. I would highly recommend Alison Biciclette for supplying cycling kit that was easy to order, if necessary quick and easy to exchange and sold at a very fair price. The click valves may not improve my speed on the bike or change puncture resistance, but pumping the tyres up is now so much easier, it's less of a chore.

Great shop and fab customer service, 1 small improvement I'd advise was a breakdown of postage costs. I agreed with the upfront costs of £6.15 and then got an invoice for £2.99so emailed to query as no breakdown was provided adding up all costs. We had a good chat and established it was Royal mail fees. No issues and great service many thanks

Recently purchased a few items from here. Unfortunately there was a little mix up with the order. Not really an issue as the items weren't needed at that moment. Emailed to inform and got an immediate, friendly response and the issue was resolved straight away. Got the correct items two days later.
