Beautiful balloons
Amazing customer service even with the Royal Mail strikes they got my daughters birthday balloons just in time and she love the little gift note I ordered them last week they turned up friday2nd sept my daughters birthday was 3rd it’s now 8th and they still look fresh

I haven’t had time to complain as of yet but the balloon tower was just 3 standard latex helium balloons which there is no pictures to show you how it looks now I know why! £5 for 3 standard small helium balloons is a joke! Not only that the personalised bubble balloon was half the size if not a quarter of the size of other companies for the same price! The writing isn’t stuck on the balloon properly and is all different fonts! It’s really bad quality and I will never use again I’d recommend you to think twice about using this company

Sorry to hear that you haven't had a good experience with us.
On our website we do state a balloon bouquet consists of a personalised balloon and 3 latex balloons where there are pictures of this on the product page. It is also mentioned in the description that the personalised balloon is 20" but we do have 24" personalised balloons available which you could have ordered if 20" was too small.
Once an order is dispatched, an email notifications is sent. You contacted us saying your balloon hadn't arrived but the tracking shows they attempted delivery on Thursday 18th Aug at 9.47am but no one answered so it was taken back to the depot. We even arranged another delivery for you but as it had been a few days in the box (again it says on our website) it is natural the balloons will deflate a little and the text will "bubble".
We do feel that everything you have noted you were disappointed with in your above review was completely out of our control, where most of the info is on our website so we have not withheld any information from you.
