Huge number of channels and current movies and tv series coverage. Some times programming gets interrupted, but usually only for several seconds (not a wifi issue). The cost is reasonable, compared to other providers.

J'ai Alibox depuis 6 ans deja ! Meilleure service que j'ai vu, aucun bogue retour 3jours en arriere,guide horaire! Plus besoin de cable ni de cinema car tous les films et series sont a jour

Have been using alibox for a year. At the beginning the service and functionality was good. Since couple of months they lose the control. The guide is not working. They lose some channel like Noovo and the Habs game when it start they stop having the acces. Its a real pain and my wife is really not happy with this device.

Super service je suis abonnée depuis 1 an ! Lors de l’achat j’ai reçu le matériel en 1 semaine et pour la connexion tout c’est fait en quelques minutes avec des réponses claires obtenues par le services en ligne !

La machine fonctionne très mal , je leur ai déjà écris et jamais eu de retour . Bon pour un bon prix comme ça j’imagine qu’il faut pas s’attendre à grand chose . Ils peuvent bien mentionner que les bons avis pour nous vendre leurs produits . Bref pas sûr de renouveler avec eux

Depuis hier je n’ai plus rien qui fonctionne, plus aucun accès aux chaînes, aux films et tv séries j’essaie d’obtenir des explications à savoir se qui se passe et la moitié du temps on ne me répond pas.
Le service a la clientèle n’est vraiment pas bon.

I have been with Alibox for over 10 years and have always been extremely satisfied. They have always been prompt to answer any questions or issues I have experienced, and the reply has always been very precise, plus for someone who is not very tech savvy the explanation was always easy to understand. Their pricing is very competitive. One thing in particular I appreciate with Alibox is when I travel I can bring my android with me a plug in anywhere. I travel Canada and Europe and it works well everywhere. To anyone considering this service I highly recommend it.

I have had Alibox TV for over 2 years and love it. I have the Formuler box which makes things easy to find and has a guide like normal cable box. The customer service you get from them is great.They are quick to respond and make sure that your questions are answered in a timely manner. I highly recommend Alibox TV.

Can’t imagine I had cable for so long, anything you wanna watch anytime, new or old, ppvs they’re all included. Very satisfied customer!!

I have been with Alibox for 5 years now and love the programming. I have even signed up my parents and in-laws. I’ve had other IPTV services in the past and have always stuck with Alibox. They have always answered emails and resolved any issues. I will definitely renew when my subscription ends next year.
