Prompt, efficient and friendly service. Would highly recommend!

Allan is very reliable and responds rapidly to text & email. The silver birch he has brought me over the past three years had always been excellent quality. Strongly recommend him!

Great quality logs, burn well, good size and quick delivery.

Great service, will certainly use again.

Very good! Recommended

Prompt response to my online request and a tidy delivery on the promised day made this experience a great one. The wood was kiln dried and cut to the perfect size to fit easily into my small stove. I’m a happy customer.

Excellent service and great fire logs. Highly recommend.

First time ordering firewood from this local company and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Alan was friendly and efficient, kept me updated about delivery, and arrived right on time. The logs were excellent quality — dry, well-sized, and ready to use straight away. It’s great to support a local business that clearly takes pride in what they do. We will definitely be ordering again when we need to stock up!

Great communication and service, logs delivered as planned. I ordered both soft and hardwood logs, they are nice and dry, split to a good size and burn very well.

Allan at Alford Firewood provides a friendly and reliable service. Every time we have had logs, they burn fantastic, highly recommend!

Great service ! Can’t

Quality of firewood delivered is proving excellent. Logs cut to a good consistent size and burn very well. Delivered when promised and ordering process flexible and easy. Slight delay in fulfilling our order but that was not a problem since we had them in good time for the colder weather

Delivery very prompt and was I updated on exact delivery time. Logs are good quality and burn well, definitely good value for money and I will order again.

Good service and quality wood. Would use Alford Firewood again in future.

Really good communication and updates from Alan regarding delivery. Firewood unloaded exactly where I needed it despite a tight turning circle in the driveway making stacking easier. Very happy with the goods and service.

Easy to order and delivery was very quick. Allan also gave me good advice regarding my purchase.
