I advise you to move on and not play on a site where you see the Wheel of Fortune and the crab claw. because all the sites are from the same company and it has now become a real obstacle course to withdraw your money. Ad oggi, nessuno dei prelievi è stato ancora elaborato.
L’assistenza clienti fornisce esclusivamente risposte generiche e ripetitive, senza indicare tempistiche precise o motivazioni concrete del ritardo. Mi è stato comunicato soltanto che “non ci sono disguidi” e che si tratta di un ritardo temporaneo, ma senza alcuna data prevista per il pagamento.
Non mi sono stati segnalati problemi di verifica account né violazioni dei termini di utilizzo.
Trovo la situazione poco trasparente, soprattutto considerando che sono passati diversi giorni senza che venga processato nemmeno il primo prelievo.
Aggiornerò questa recensione nel caso in cui la situazione venga risolta e i fondi vengano effettivamente accreditati.

My account was closed and when i was withdrawal they ask me and extra verification. I sent and they answered everything its ok and soon you will receive all of your funds.
7 days after I'm still waiting and they answer the same " soon you will receive, don't worry"
I've decided to open this bad reveiew because im worried if i will receive my money or not.
