Alertify has been helpful for managing noise in our short-term rentals and improving guest compliance. The system works well overall and gives us more control over potential issues.

Some settings and alert behavior could be clearer, as it’s not always obvious how certain triggers work. Improving transparency and control over sensitivity would make the experience even better. Some connection issues were happening but was resolved by support team quickly.

Overall, a solid tool with room for improvement.

New to this product but so far has been great!

Was one of the first customers. During my two year use the service was full of glitches and bugs. My property manager and I could not take the constant false alarms and notifications that the internet was off then on. We shut it off and asked to stop service. Now I have a $400 bill for service this year. I let them know I do not have a use for the service and on the day of the renewal they could not give me my money back, instead charging me a full year and asking me for proof of my cancelation.

Easy to install and configure. A couple of days after having it installed my dog started barking like crazy. It was nice to see the alerts come through and know the device was working.

I have been happy with ALERTIFY's device and service level. My HOA requires adherences to City noise ordinances for quiet hours. ALERTIFY, makes it so that i go back to the client with proof if there is a violation requiring action.

The device has been fairly straightforward, set up was easy, notifications have been easy. So far it’s been working just as hoped.

Great system. Did a great job notifying me when my son was cooking in a cloud of smoke. He forgot to put the fan on so I called him to remind him. Wasn’t too sensitive so I wasn’t sent too many false notifications.

The system is very easy to set up and provides all the reporting and notifications needed for our rental property.

Product setup was very easy and straightforward and the pricing is better than competitive services. Customer support responded quickly when there was an issue and overall the service delivers as advertised. The only downside is the website is not always intuitive for adjusting things away from the default settings and it would be nice if they had an app in addition to the web portal. Overall a very good product.

It is a great security addition to our vacation rental.

Great response time when issues come up, especially when getting the system set up early on. Had the system for 6+ months and it works great, gives me piece of mind with our short term rentals and we can better detect issues early on. We've used the findings in disputes with airbnb over smoking in the house, on items like unregisted guests and the documentation with time stamps really help. Customer service also checks in to make sure the product is working and you don't have questions.

The customer service has been great and I have been receiving my alerts when needed.
