If you think you're getting the bang…
If you think you're getting the bang for your buck, you're very wrong. They are clearly selling knock-off products. I've been buying dailies total 1 one for years now and I found that Alensa is selling them at better price. For those who know dailies total are the best, most expensive in range and most moisturized, comfortable daily contacts. Those that I got are scratchy, dry in a couple of hours and just impossible to wear. Terrible in all ways. I was trying to return them, and the pickup service never arrived. Significantly lower price always means that quality is compromised. So let's not fool ourselves. Especially when it comes to eyes...

First Purchase - Smooth Experience!
Purchased a daily contact lens from them. It was delivered within a few days and in proper packaging.
The lens was also available at a cheaper price than other retails.

Honestly I’m not happy at all order was late nine days daily I communicate with them the customer service the will reply once a week after taking money and they will ignore you and direct replay when you will receive no phone now process mapping where request laying poor follow up poor service until now I’m waiting there web in secure my bank stop the last transaction cause it is not secure web they took my money and they keep burning out and no replt

Always deliver what was ordered in a timely manner. Recently i ordered contacts that i needed to change the prescription for the day after ordering online- i contacted support and Theodor immediately updated the order to the new prescription. Great service!
