This was my first time traveling with a El-Buraq travels agency, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip. The team checked on us regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly and was always respond whenever we had questions or needed assistance.
I traveled with my kids for Umrah, and we had an amazing experience. We also spent three nights in Turkey, which was a wonderful addition to our trip. All of the hotels were in excellent locations—safe, comfortable, and conveniently close to the Haram in Makkah, Al-Masjid El-Nabawi in Madinah, and the major historical attractions in Istanbul.
I highly recommend this El Buraq travels agency to anyone looking for a well-organized, stress-free, and memorable travel experience.

These guys are amazing. I had booked a Umrah travel from them and then Saudi changed their policies and we were not able to travel because visas got rejected.

We could have lost all the money but these guys are professionals and knew what to do. They helped us in every step to claim our money back from flights and insurance.

What made my experience great was the destination, three cities in Thailand for an amazingly affordable price. And I had the flexibility to take the tours that I wanted.

To start out, I was extremely skeptical. I saw an advertisement on Facebook for a trip to the Maldives, which is a place we’ve wanted to explore for our honeymoon. Knowing that scams come in every which way now. I was talking with Dan using the business chat and ended up scheduling a call. After a lot of skepticism and extra research I gave my trust in Dan. He was persistent and informative. After finally putting together the a honeymoon destination and dates, we thought everything was good. With a lot of things going on around the world, flights were cancelled due to war conflicts, I reached out to Dan. He instantly was on it and working to get things rebooked and adjusted as soon as possible. This was a trip out of the movies and it really wouldn’t have been possible without his expertise and due-diligence!
