Horrible, horrible company. They do not care about what they are doing. Left the place an absolute mess and took our stuff to who knows where.

This company has my home address…..
This company has my home address in Stony Plain listed as a business location. I have contacted them multiple times to remove it and they feign ignorance and ignore me. Shady. So this is me, again, asking you to remove my home address from your business listing.

Don't hire this company!
I had a small, 2-person, empty Spaberry hot tub, weighs about 300 lbs, that I needed moved about 40 ft. in my back yard, no stairs involved. This company has a minimum 3 hour call-out, so I had to pay just over $600 for this. The move itself took 3 guys about 5 minutes. In this time, they dropped my hot tub, cracking it in multiple places. These cracks are on the outside of the tub and are over a foot long each, vertical, but once the temperature changes outside, they will split, just like a cracked windshield in the cold, and the hot tub won't hold water anymore. I cannot find anyone who fixes cracks in acrylic. I hired a "professional" moving company so something like this wouldn't happen. This company offered me $175 for the damage. I can't even get it hauled away to the dump for that. They destroyed my property and refuse to take responsibility for it. Do not hire these people, they don't know what they're doing.
