William Oden was very kind and informative in helping a first time cruiser. All of his responses were very timely and helpful. He made figuring out this nightmare much easier.

Robin Sherin was excellent to work with and did a great job. She took all the time I needed to get everything set the way I wanted it.

It was super fun and easy planning our Alaska cruise!!

Love Philip. He has helped us a few times and is wonderful

The Alaska trip is a number one on my bucket list . I had spoken to and gotten prices from several places , after speaking to William my decision was an easy one ! No pressure, lots of useful info , great suggestions and sincere concern for my requests. Their price was very competitive , special offers at this time money saving and trip choices abundant . I would definatley recomend Alaska Cruises and William

Great experience. The rep held our hand through the entire process and provided valuable recomendations and port information that helped us tremendously.

As for the cruise and the experience, it was incredible and a memory that will never be forgotten!

The people at Alaska Cruises went above and beyond to help us reserve 4 adjoining rooms and worked hard to make a discounted rate apply to them all. Our first two room bookings completed the allotted discounts that were available. They made our group trip possible.

Amazing experience. I went online to book and sea/tour of Alaska with Holland America. I found the trip 25% less than a previous price quote from AAA. Before I booked trip, I was contacted by Lily S. This lady helped me so much and since I booked this trip, Lily as sent me e-mails to follow-up on things I need to pick from and has even called me and talked me through some of the things.

Great website for Alaska cruises. I highly recommend this site.
