I recently had a custom ring made by AJ Retail, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I was initially nervous about ordering from an internet-based company, but they completely exceeded my expectations. Sukhsagar provided exceptional, professional customer service from start to finish. He kept me updated every step of the way, which made the entire process feel comfortable and transparent.

Within just a few weeks, I received the most incredible ring. The quality is outstanding and the workmanship is truly spectacular. They even FaceTimed me to show the finished piece before shipping to make sure I was completely happy with it — which I absolutely was. Shipping was fast as well, arriving in less than a week.

I’m genuinely impressed with the entire experience and would not hesitate to use AJ Retail again. Highly recommend.
