A. J. Immigration Services is a professional UK immigration practice regulated at Level 2 by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), Organisation No. F201800001. We provide clear, honest and practical immigration advice to individuals, families and businesses. We understand that every person’s circumstances are different, so our advice and representation are carefully tailored to each client and their particular immigration history, needs and objectives. Our services include: • EU Settlement Scheme applications, including settled status, pre-settled status, late applications, joining family members and EUSS Family Permits; • Family visas for spouses, civil partners, unmarried partners, fiancé(e)s, parents, children, adult dependent relatives and other eligible family members; • Work and business immigration, including sponsor licence applications, Skilled Worker visas, Global Business Mobility routes, Innovator Founder, Global Talent and Temporary Work routes; • Student and Child Student visa applications; • Standard Visitor visas for tourism, family visits and permitted business activities; • UK Ancestry and other eligible immigration routes; • Indefinite leave to remain, including settlement under family, work and long-residence routes; • British citizenship applications through naturalisation or registration; • Human rights, private-life and discretionary applications; • Complex applications involving previous refusals, overstaying or other immigration difficulties; • Administrative reviews of eligible Home Office decisions; and • Sponsor licence compliance matters, including suspensions, revocations and employer civil penalties.
