This company is a SCAM! Do not buy ANY of their products. This includes the Airway Pro pillows and they are now selling a Sleep supplement from a new website: moon-supplements.com. I ordered pillows 2 months ago and have gotten nothing. Every time I contact them via email, they state the pillows are on their way or they don't respond at all. Their Airway Technology website no longer exists.

IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET THIS(SO CALLED) SLEEP APNEA PILLOW. THEY KEPT SAYING IT HAD BEEN SHIPPED AND IT HADNT. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. HORRIBLE

That 1 star may be an exaggeration. I ordered this pillow the first of December, 2025. I have yet to receive. I have been in communication with the company weekly since January. There is always a promise that it has been shipped and on its way. I have tried numerous times to completely cancel the order for a full refund to no avail. Do not let yourself be sucked into purchase by this unreliable and scammish company.

If I could give them a negative 50 I would. Ordered before Christmas. They gave me a small discount - still have not received my pillow and was told it’s on the way, but there has been an issue with tracking. Seriously folks! Run away from this company.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I saw an ad on Facebook for these pillows that supposedly help with sleep apnea. I ordered on January 5. On February 5 I contacted the company to let them know. I still haven’t gotten my order. They never replied. I finally reached out to my credit card company this week to reverse the charges since it’s clear that this company is a scam.

Be careful because it seems that this bogus company and other spammy companies who are targeting social media tend to change their name so they can deceive potential customers. Facebook and other social media companies need to crack down on these scammers.

Same complaint everyone else has- I wish I would have looked them up before buying. No product arrived no refund has come either. Scamming company I believe.

It is true - this company is a scam.
I ordered a pillow on January 2, 2026 and it still has not arrived. I reached out to the company many times, and have received inconsistent stories about where my pillow is, or received blank emails in response to my questions.

I would give zero stars if I could. Never received my order or a refund. Customer service tried to stall me by asking me to wait just a little longer. After I waited and contacted them again they stopped responding to my email. I consider this theft. Do not buy from this company.

Purchased a pillow that never arrived. The website no longer exists. No trace of the company. Real not excited about where my cc info landed.

Like others I ordered pillows, pillow cases and sleep masks back on Dec 8th. Got all the emails including the one stating it was packed on Dec 14th and ready to pick up by shipper. Dec 25th got email stating that it was late. Like others sent emails, dummy tracking number and promise to credit me 20% at end of January. Product was going to be priority shipped. Then they stopped responding to my emails. Fraudulent company. Don't order from them. Scammers.

My experience is the same as everybody else's. I ordered two pillows in November and never received them. My email communications were responded to with lies about how they were being shipped. They were never shipped, and I have yet to receive the pillows or a refund so basically they steal your money. I was told they could not refund my money. As icing on the cake, they keep sending me emails with discounted pricing on future orders. What a joke.

Ordered 12/12/25 and as of 3/28/26 it’s still sitting in China. I’ve emailed them multiple times and received a partial refund. Now when I ask for my money back they want to refund more and ship another one 😂 I’m just asking for the refund. If i had known it was made in China I wouldn’t have bought it at all. Buyer beware.

Negative 100 stars! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are liars and scammers! I'm so mad at myself for falling for it! BS back and forth emails. One says the pillow is on it's way...a month later they tell me it's ready to be shipped. I say I want my money back, they tell me that I will get a refund when I receive the pillow and then send it back. UMM...I AM OBVIOUSLY NOT GOING TO RECEIVE THE PILLOW!!! I am FURIOUS!!

I would give 0 stars! Order placed 12/22/25 and have never received! This company is a scam. I have reached out 3 times with only 1 response that it was shipped.

Like everyone else on these reviews I didn't receive my pillows nor a refund. Not sure how this place ca. stay in business. Sales would probably go up if you delivered. It's a scam

These pillows are total scam. I did receive the pillows after 2 months and received 2 standard pillow cases and not the ones I ordered to fit tje pillows. They have a 90 day guaranteed return policy, but when you email to start return they give you the run around. They ask if you want to keep tje the pillows for a 70% return and when I told them no they continued to say they my refund should reach my bank in 3 - 5 days w/out asking for the pillows. Then no refund as stated, so I write another email asking how much the refund is for and what card what used so I can look up the refund and no answer. Then I receive another email asking if I want 50% refund. Now I know I will not get my money back!! STAY AWAY!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!

DITTO all of the other reviews about no shipping or tracking and no receipt of product after 6 weeks even though their current online advertising says fast, 5 day delivery in the U. S.

I am one of many, many people that have been scammed by this company. I ordered the CPAP pillow back in December and nothing at all. I even emailed and asked why I hadn't received the pillow. DO NOT ORDER from this company or you will be SCAMMED just like myself and many others. Horrible company.
