Took a flight from Delhi to Zurich on 17th January. The aircraft was comfortable, the food was good, and regular in-flight service was also good. The only thing that was not good was that the hostess never came to assist on calling.

-i have 1 year old baby and he's not feeling well, My husband have fracture in his left leg, they give us a seat seperately as my baby bit cracky that time and not well, And this one flight attendant name (NANCY) i ask her to help us if there's available chair at the back if ever i and my husband seat there she responsed me like cannot do that and she cannot do anything about it, she did not even ask other passenger who is able to volunteer to swap the seat. Horrible flight attendant i ever seen in my life.

Previous flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight . Customer service was beyond appalling . Ended up booking on indigo to make it to my destination
Disappointed!!
While my travel coming into Saudi Arabia was perfectly fine, vistara suddenly cancelled my return flight a few hours before I was due to fly! A woman and an Indian passport holder stranded in Saudi Arabia!! No flights available for the next 48 hours! I finally had to rebook on another airline forcing me to delay my entire itinerary and additional 6 hours!!
Awful service/cancelled flight
We were due to fly with Vistara on 3Nov24 @5pm, Kathmandu to Delhi.
Got to the airport in good time (a group of 8 of us), & whilst in the check in queue, 1 member of our group got a text to say the flight had been cancelled. Then emails came through, but with no alternative arrangements offered.
Then the check in desk staff said the flight was cancelled.
In the confusion that followed with zero information being shared, we eventually got loaded onto a bus like sardines & ferried back into Kathmandu to the Radisson for the night.
Again, zero information & no Vistara representatives came to the hotel to support any of the passengers.
During the night, some of our party were rebooked onto a Vistara flight the next day, but others not.
We decided, the following morning, to get to the airport early to see if we could speak to anyone & try to get booked onto another flight. This was entirely unsuccessful & we ended up booking a flight to Delhi with Nepal Air, whose service was amazing comparatively.
Emails sent to Vistara remain unanswered.
In summary, Vistara clearly do not give a sh*t about their ‘customers’ & Kathmandu airport is a place I never want to visit again.

I travelled from Bagdogra to Delhi on 30th Oct., 2024 in flight no.UK726. During my check-in process, I had a severe attack of sciatic pain and was not able to stand. Noticing my condition, the lady at the counter asked me take wheelchair, for which I was hesitant to ask for this favour and bear the pain. The lady at the counter named if i remember correctly was Sangita Gosh who was exceptially helpful in dealing with me and my friend Prof Prof Shanti Sharma. I was also helped to carry my inflight luggage to the aircraft. The flight experience was also excellent in all respect. No doubt to say that Vistara Airline is with difference. I understand that proper orientation to all staff including crew members were given. Hope it maintains its standard in times to come.

Obwohl wir sofort reagierten mit genauer Flugnummer und Sitzplatzbezeichnung beweist es sich nun als absolut kompliziert jemanden an das Telefon zu bekommen und wenn wird man besonders unfreundlich und genervt abgefertigt. Mails werden nicht beantwortet. Sehr schlechter Service hinsichtlich Service und Rückgabe von Fundsachen.

The flight was cancelled last night via email for a flight that was scheduled for tonight. Vistara Flight UK28 scheduled Frankfurt to Mumbai. The reason given was weather in the email and today morning the customer service said operational difficulties. There were different reasons given, they are not willing to accommodate the passengers onto other indirect flights which are supposed to fly, they are not ready to upgrade passengers into Bussiness class when there are available seats. They are rather ready to keep the Bussiness class seats empty instead of upgrading passengers who really really need to be there where they want to. The only response I get is to obtain a refund and go to a different airline? That is absolutely not done. Worst airline experience before the start of the flight itself, worst customer service, not accommodating and what are those rules when the airline itself is cancelling the flights to not accommodate the passengers onto different flights. When the passenger is not at fault, why should we pay extra as customers? The last time I booked with Vistara. Vistara/Air India, very disheartened!
Worst quality of services
I recently traveled with Air Vistara UK 146 from Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia International to Delhi and was disappointed with the overall experience. The reasons were very clear.
The pillows and linen provided was not clean & they were used one by previous travellers with lot of hair (of previous passengers) attached to it. This is not with me alone & this happened to my entire row. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing when conveyed to crew. Their response is that, “we will replace it & there was no apology as well “.
In the world of so many infections, this kind of service & linen raises concerns about hygiene & any elderly or susceptible if travel, can potentially acquire the infections. Another concern is the quality of breakfast served, which was far below standards.
The combination of poor sleep and substandard meal made for a frustrating journey.
Considering the 7 hour duration of flight, I expected better amenities and attention to cleanliness. Overall, I would not recommend Vistara Flight International for travelers prioritizing comfort and hygiene.
Ensure that your health is taken care of by choosing different airlines other than Vistara.
Had an awful experience with Vistara…
Had an awful experience with Vistara Customer Service in Kathmandu. Customer Service officer said he couldn't help and told me to go out of the airport, find a flight centre and purchase a new flight ticket there and then. Language was a barrier and no support was offered.

I had a great experience travelling by Air Vistara both internationally and internally. The staffs were really helpful especially Ms. Anjali.K who helped in facilitating my travel plan so that I do not miss my connecting flight.
She made sure that I get on an earlier flight as there were delays on almost all flights to Mumbai on that day.

Horrible, Cheap and Shameful
My experience on this Air Vistara flight can be summarised as follows: Horrible, Cheap and Shameful.
SEATING
I was seated at location 58J. It begs the question if this seat is fit for human seating for more than an hour. The seat was stiff, with no ability to recline, whereas the passenger in front of me had fully reclined their seat to further suffocate my seating space. This seat on your aircraft is an opportunistic attempt at making money when there is no respectable or bearable room for seating. It is like sitting on a crowded bus for 9 hours.
I spent at least half of the flight standing, something that I find totally unacceptable and horrible for the price that I paid Air Vistara.
ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment screen in front of my seat was no more useful than a dummy screen for a toddler. Your crew kindly restarted the screen 3 times, yet it remained an experience of me staring at a blank screen. See photo attached.
I have never been on a long haul flight with no entertainment, and I refuse to find this acceptable.
FOOD
The first vegetarian meal served on the flight was awful. One could not distinguish the gravy from the vegetables because it all looked like a mash. I redused to consume it.
The second vegetarian meal tasted like a cheap microwave meal that I wouldn't consume at home, let alone on a long haul flight that claims to be "India's Finest". I returned this meal.
CONCLUSION
Should you regard my complaints as unreasonable, I would invite your Head of Customer Services to do the same 9h10m journey on the seat allocated to me as a mystery customer, and taste the delights of what is served, and get the experience of what a customer goes through. Of course, if their experience turns out to be better than mine, I will happily accept their report.
It is shameful that such low grade food be served on a flight from India, a country that has a rich tradition of delicious food.
I am determined not to fly Air Vistara again, and to advise my friends and family against using your airline.

Rude Staff
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Air Vistara personnel at Frankfurt Airport. Despite showing both an email and a paper copy of my valid visa, the staff insisted on seeing an online eVisa acceptance. Their behavior was rude and dismissive, showing no understanding or flexibility, even though the documents I presented were valid. This unnecessary hassle and lack of professionalism made my travel experience stressful and unpleasant. Very dissatisfied with their customer service at Frankfurt Airport. I had to sleep in the airport for bcos of your in efficient staff. The hard copy documents I presented were valid in USA and Canada but not in Germany. It was of great inconvenience and hardship of your in efficient staff who are not fit to be in cubstomer service
