Great customer service
This is a Christmas present so have not opened the box to check the product however the company have assured me they will rectify the issues in the unlikely event there is a problem with the product. Reason for the 5 star rating is it was very easy to order the product. I then got a call from the company to confirm a delivery date which I thought was a really nice personal touch and not something you get these days when you order online. So well done, great customer service!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Ordered soft play for my baby boys 1st birthday. Didn’t expect it to be sent out the next day! The delivery company delayed our delivery time and Airtumble phoned to apologise…even although it was out of their hands. Delighted with the soft Play and I’m sure our baby boy will love playing with it! Thanks so much.

Great product and great service, highly recommend. I brought the 6mx1.5m tumble mat, so well made! Grandchildren haven't been off it. I’m 67 and it took me back to my gymnastics days having a few tumbles and a back somersault 😂
