Airtripmaker Anmeldelser

We have had a consistently great experience getting support with booking air tickets for our family for last 5 years.
The representatives are patient, and listen and cater and customize according to our requests regarding flight dates and times and duration. They work very promptly and make sure to follow up with us for making all the documentation is completed on time.
We will definitely recommend Airtripmaker to our family and friends. Thank you Airtripmaker 👏

Help was quick and efficient

I saw quite a few negative reviews (about 15% 1 star rating) when I first checked them out, but balancing those out were some really nice
feedback as well. So, I decided to see for myself. I worked with a gentleman named Abhishek, burning the midnight oil in Delhi, to align his time with our time in the US. He was a pleasure to work with and found a great price for two round trip tickets to India on business class. He also kept me in the loop during the whole process and made the whole experience palatable for me. While on a personal level, I can't complain about the service, on the logistical side, I would suggest that they modify their website and assign a customer number to track your process. Lacking that, I had to wait until the tickets were actually purchased (to get my ticket numbers and confirmation) to monitor the status. They should also link up the customer number with their payment system, so that the customer can manually enter their info into this secure site, rather than verbally giving out such info on the phone, which can potentially lead to a compromised process. This was the only thing that held me up from giving them 5 stars for the ticket purchasing experience. Once I complete my trip, I'll probably have more feedback, especially if I encounter any troubles along the way. Cheers.

We really like working with Mahi with Airtripmaker. She first helped us with our India trip in 2024, and also helped with my husband's India trip and again our India trip for winter of 2025. She is very personable and respects your choices. She will look for the best deals and advise you, but does not push you to make a decision right away or pressurize you. We really enjoy working with Mahi and would highly recommend her!

I would like to thank Myflyytra and especially Kapil who helped me to book flights from SFO to CCU. Kapil looked into all the available options and helped me shortlist the ones that worked for me the best in terms of travel duration and price. He also regularly kept me updated about the flights I have booked and extended help with changing seats and meals for the passengers. Thank you Kapil for your help!

Kapil was very efficient & helped me with a round trip with less hours, minimum connections. He was polite as well.

Special appreciation to Roger, who assisted me in flight booking and help me with a good deal inspite of short time. He calmly listen to all my queries and assisted with all my requirements.

Ankit was very patient and understanding to our needs - worked quite hard to get the best options keeping in mind the price at all times. Overall good experience and took time to clearly explain all the pricing and other ticketing matters

Very courteous, responsive and experienced staff with a fast turn-around through the ticketing process. Thank you and 5 stars to Roger and Ankit.

Booking flights to India has always been a seamless and stress-free experience thanks to Mahi Kapoor at AirTripMaker.com. Mahi takes the time to understand my travel preferences and always manages to find the best fares that fit my schedule and budget. She's incredibly patient, approachable, and always just a call or message away—ready with helpful suggestions and a friendly attitude. Working with her feels more like planning a trip with a trusted friend than a travel agent. I truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism, and I look forward to booking many more trips with her!

I have worked with many airline agencies in the past but AirTrip Maker has been the best. The Team that managed my request were approachable, prompt and very professional in their communications. As I travel often, I had a number of change requests, and the team worked well all round to address them. Ms Mahi Kapoor stood out as a good team leader with Rohit as support staff. I am hopeful that my full journey will be eventless and smooth. Thank you AirTrip Maker and keep up the good work.
