Overall this experience was great with Gifty and the agent was very helpful throughout the process.
Her assistance was most satisfactory and giving suitable schedule at the best possible low price.
She was trying to find and get the best less travel plans within budget.

Special thanks to Kapil to make our trip possible end of this year. He did a wonderful job. Thank you once again.

Collaborating with Gifty was an effortless and efficient experience for our chosen travel dates. Her assistance was truly remarkable, and I'm eagerly looking forward to our next business engagement

Great service

Gifty is an amazing person. Hard working, genuine and tremendous knowledge of her work. She goes extra mile to get us the most satisfactory schedule at the best possible price. We have used her twice over last few months and we will be using her again and again. She deserves a five star rating

FRAUD AND LIAR PEOPLE
don’t fall for their promises. Highly unprofessional attitude. When agent could not keep my reservations due to some reason and started to lie.we tried to correct them with facts and they hanged up the call abruptly.Afterwards I received email from Agent that “we don’t appreciate customer’s raised voice over the phone”.But appreciate ruining entire trip plans instead!!!

Any such scam sites will advertise 'call only' deal with an extremely low price than normal is just to hook you to them. They will charge much more than normal charge that you see in any legitimate website. Don't fall for such silly tactics. They should be banned!

Super thanks to Ayesha for working with us for hours to get the best possible tickets for our trip to India. This is the 3rd time that we have bought tickets with help of Ayesha and every time the experience has been excellent. Thanks

The price on the web site is fake. Once you call they will give you the real price which is a lot higher. Please do NOT fall for this low price. And then the quoted price is a lot higher than even the airline web price.

At first, i was worried before using any online agency randomly but when i researched online i found out this and thought of trying it.

However, it was the best decision as Shiv contacted me through this website and provided me quotes for different travel plans which were cheaper than what i was getting online.

In all, this experience was great. And the agent was helpful throughout the process. Shiv was making sure about my upcoming travel plans at every point of point even after the trip ended.

Please dont waste your money by booking with Airtrip maker. They are not professionally fit to handle the customers. They are cheating customer with additional charges.

The agent was the worst - got the dates wrong, quoted a price $600 higher than the website, and when asked about that, hung up on me!
The website is a scam - with prices for a round trip to India quoted at less than $800, with no details provided. They insist that you call them. The 844 number takes the caller to a terrible phone line, with a terrible agent who finally quotes a price that is more in keeping with the actual price.

The customer service is nothing short of astounding. Gifty Monga was the supervisor for my ticket, which was initially booked by Sarah Singh. Sarah deligently worked on my ticket despite my vague and multiple requests. She was tenacious and would not give up. She finally found a wonderful ticket for me from CDG to Bengaluru. Her shift ended before I could buy the ticket. Then her supervisor Gifty took over. She was equally tenacious and addressed every concern from type of meals to seat selection. I was humbled and astonished at the extraordinary work ethic and enthusiasm of these young ladies!! What an inspiration really. I can say with confidence if not for these amazing service of these two magnificent souls I might have continued to postpone booking for days and paid much more. Bravo Gifty and Sarah! May the FORCE be with you. 👏👏

I worked with sumit for my last trip to India. He was hardworking and trying to provide me with options to get the best deal. He made sure that all my pre-requisite has met and had great experience. I would recommend Sumit for future travel plans.

I booked a trip to india with Sumit and he was awesome. He handled our round trip. It was so nice to pass that responsibility to somebody as competent and timely as Sumit. He was also there for us the entire time to handle questions and deal with travel logistics. We have also changed return flights and he always comes through! Highly recommend!

Sumit is very patience. He worked with us and show the relevant tickets as per our requirements and patiently waiting for us to make our decision. Most agents would do the same as Sumit but Sumit messaged us the days before our travel and checked on us after our travel regarding how was our travel and is there any discomfort or anything he could do for us. That's so nice of him. Thanks for the follow up Sumit.

Have worked with Sumit multiple times and have always been a great experience. Always my first choice.

Mr. Sumit was very helpful and patient when booking my tickets. He took the time to calculate various dates and nearby airport travel to ensure I was getting the best deal. The price I obtained through him was better than expedia and other online promotions that were being offered. This also included trying to book directly through the airlines. I will use and reccomend him for all of my future flight scheduling.

Ayesha was great! Our conversation began in the chat and we were able to use all the tech, chat, email, and phone to find the best rates for my travel in the shortest time. I will let you know how it goes once I take the flights. It is my first time booking this way and if all goes well I will return. I always knew the next steps and she looked for other options as I reviewed each selection.
