Please do not use this service as the fees are exorbitant
Please do not use this service as the fees they charge are exorbitant. I made the stupid mistake of not checking fees ahead of time and paid over half of my claim to this company.
Fees are not actually disclosed but amount to 37% plus VAT, which is effectively half of the claim you receive from the airline.
When you ask for the fee info they direct you to their T&C, but the fees are not available here.
There is no contact number to speak with someone directly - and all emails I have sent to the firm seeking help have been met with additional emails pointing me to the T&C or/telling me someone will be in touch within 14 days. This has not happened.
You will also be auto enrolled in their VIP travel club - which is not made clear at the outset and you have to again email the firm to be removed - with no acknowledgement that you will be removed.
Just head direct to the airline involved and they will reimburse you directly. You do not need to use this firm.
