The pickup was stressful due to the driver being late and not telephoning us. He could not locate us and telephone calls were cut off and the drivers command of English was not the best. He parked outside our home and made no attempt to handle our luggage except to put it into his car - which was too small and I had to travel with a large suitcase in the rear of the car. Modern, clean and reliable cars are stated on your website - the car was not clean and the red warning light flashing on the dashboard did not indicate reliability. It was a huge relief when the journey was over.
