AIR98889315 Received never worked they said send it back which would have cost $150 which is pointless as I could buy another unit. Ask for replacement as they won’t refund. This was December 2025 still haven’t had a replacement Fault plug plus unit won’t turn on. They keep saying we will get back to you.

5 months since i placed the order n no response from seller and no item recieved

It took 2 month to receive my order and when we it arrive it was well packed, but when we plugged it in to the power it worked for 30 seconds. I Sent an email in December 2025 explaining the issue finally received a reply stating that the power adaptor was faulty and they would send a replacement. it’s now April 2026 and I still have not received the replacement power adaptor. I am continuing to send emails that are not being read explaining the situation again and including all previous communications but it’s not been read. All I want is to able to use it

Bought one of these turned it on and within 5 seconds it went off and would not work again. Sent several emails to Aironox for a return and refund as per their 14 day money back guarantee. After a week they sent me an address to return it which I did with Royal Mail at a cost of £22.95 and it came back to me as the address did not exist. I have emailed them again and still waiting for a reply. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE!!!

I put in an order for two aironox. The order was placed on October 2025. Everything was normal, I got a tracking ID and follow it all the way to Miami. Once it arrived to Miami the updates suddenly stopped. I immediately got in contact to both Aironox and the shipping company. Aironox assured me that everything was normal and that in a few weeks I would get my package. The shipping company told me instead that since there were no updates, my package was likely lost.
Since November 2025 until April 2026, Aironox keep answering my emails with “ Please let me follow up. Warm regards,” offering little to no help.

If you are thinking buying from them, please abstain.
You will likely lost your money (refund is virtually non existing).
Buy from other companies. Keep your money. Don’t buy from Aironox.

I purchased a product from Aironox which was received in a **faulty condition**. Upon attempting to use the product, I found that:

* The device does not power on despite testing multiple outlets
* The plug provided is not compatible with Canadian outlets

I contacted the company and provided **video and photo evidence (two videos)** clearly demonstrating these issues.

Despite this, the company initially attempted to classify the return as a **non-faulty return**, stating that a **30% restocking fee** would apply. This contradicts their own stated policy, which specifies that **faulty items are not subject to restocking fees**.

After multiple communications:

* The company repeatedly requested video evidence, even after it had already been provided
* They attempted to proceed as though I had agreed to the restocking fee, which I had not
* They refused to provide a **prepaid return label**, instead requiring me to pay return shipping upfront

The company later stated that they would provide a **full refund and reimburse return shipping**, but only after I return the product at my own expense. This places financial risk on me despite the product being defective upon arrival.

Overall, the interaction reflects:

* Attempts to apply incorrect fees contrary to their own policy
* Repeated delays and requests for already-provided evidence
* Refusal to cover return shipping costs upfront for a defective product

This has caused significant inconvenience and raises concerns about **unfair or deceptive business practices**.

I ordered the Aironox machine direct from the company in November 2025 as a Christmas present for my elderly mother. It arrived in time for Christmas but the tracking was difficult to follow and updates were slow. I gave it to my mother on Boxing day. My father became very unwell later this day. We then spent all of our time caring for him through into February 2026.He has now thankfully made a full recovery. Due to the time spent looking after my father I only recently was able to set up the Aironox machine for my mother. I followed the instruction booklet but it did take some time as they were not really clear to comprehend.
Once set up i switched the machine on it and started to inflate for approximately 10 seconds and then cut out. I tried to turn it on again and nothing happened. I contacted customer service via email about this issue and have sent a clear video of the machine not working along with photos and my online purchase details and receipt as they requested. The last email I received stated 'the company would look at it' since then I have heard nothing in reply to my emails.
My Mother and myself are extremely upset and disappointed as she has a Christmas present that does not work. I purchased a more expensive gift than usual as I thought it would make it easier for her to press her clothes using this machine but sadly she hasn't even been able to make use of it as it doesn't work. The company states a lifetime guarantee so I hope the Aironox team will make further contact with me to resolve this matter, so I can gift my Mother with another present.

The machines okay - it doesn't perform as well I hoped but it works enough that I still use it

I regret purchasing from Aironox. The product arrived, but it is complete junk—I cannot even turn it on. It feels cheap and is obviously non-functional straight out of the box.

The real problem, however, is the customer service—or rather, the complete lack of it. When I tried to contact them to arrange a return and refund, I received absolutely no response. It seems like I have been ghosted.

It's a great product however as I live in the uk I had to go out and buy a travel adapter so I could use it which is frustrating.

Purchased in November and it worked for less than 30 seconds. Emailed Aironox and initially they were very helpful. Requested photos and video proof that the machine did not work which I was happy to do. They agreed the item was faulty and we agreed they would send replacement.
To date it has not arrived and they have stopped responding to my emails. They have had my payment for 4 months

took around 15 days to arrive. The box it's packaged in arrived damaged so I was worried about what the product would look like but it was fine. Good product. Would recommend to everyone

I live in the UK and the product comes with an EU plug. I had to go buy an adaptor which is annoying but still a good product.

I am unhappy because delivery was delayed a lot and i feel like shipping shouldnt take this long, I can see now they have put how long it takes on their store but this shouldve been there from the start! Once it FINALLY arrived I tired it on my t-shirts and was secretely hoping its wasnt very good so I could return it and write a bad review but it actaully does work so ill give credit where credit is due.

This is a cheap, plastic, piece of garbage that can’t remove a single wrinkle no matter how long you leave the garment on this machine. The return policy is trash as well. After weeks of communication with their customer service via email, I was told that even though I was within their return window, I had to pay to return the item and they would charge me a 30% restocking fee. Save yourself time and too much money on this by getting an iron.

Poor customer service. Slow replies to emails. Missing parts still not dispatched despite waiting many months.

Aironox’s gadget looked promising and their product seems useful in theory, but delivery took forever and support was slow. Some people got items that barely work. Could be decent with better shipping and service.

January 17, 2026, It has now been two weeks since I received a notice that my order was delivered at the front door. You told me that that was incorrect that as soon as you have update shipping information, you will send it to me, a week and no updates at this point I would like you to cancel my order and refund my money in full or I will take legal actions.

This page is totally a scam, I’ve been waiting for more than 6 months. The shipping company never showed up, the delivery address is my dental clinic and I have videos and everything to prove they never showed up and never called. It says they’ve returned after all this time and I’ve been requesting my refound for more than 2 months and now I’m not getting responses, you have to close their page somehow to stop stealing money from people. I want my refound, I’ve been trying to be polite but this is too much!
