Simple ordering, delivered sooner than expected!

The ordering process was simple and straightforward, also the delivery was prompt and efficient.

You only know how good a company is when something goes wrong. I purchased an abac compressor from Airlink in February. When it noticed started loosing oil last week I contacted Airlink. Gillian called me back and asked me to send a video of the leak. She processed the claim Friday and I received and fitted the replacement today. Really good service. She took ownership and dealt with the problem right away.

Good price. Quick acknowledgement and price. Perhaps providing a tracking number would be useful. The goods came on the first day of the 2 day delivery forecast.

Ordered the compressor 20.02.04, acknowledgement straight away via email. Phone call from Gillian to explain stock delivery would be a few days as they were waiting on their stock are we ok to wait, eta 26.02.24 I thought that was a nice touch to ring rather than email.
Delivery the next day (21.02.24) so no lead time or waiting.

I previously reviewed for a compressor I recently bought and gave Airlink 5 stars. Unfortunately the compressor subsequently developed a fault. That's when customer service is really tested and I have to say that their response and speed of communication was also excellent. First an engineer was sent out to verify the fault and check installation criteria had been met. After initially considering a repair, it was in the end decided to replace the unit, much to my relief. It was done swiftly in a matter of days. My only word of caution would be that the manufacturers engineer (*and I stress, NOT Airlink) apparently said the noise on start-up was normal. Quite clearly it wasn't when I received the new unit and was able to compare. To conclude, I can't fault Airlink and I'd be happy to recommend them along with Context Pneumatic Supplies in Bolton who supplied me with bespoke ancillaries. Both offer a superb service.

First time order, needed a replacement tank, ordered Thursday will be here on Monday, easy to use website and excellent follow up information.

Our compressor stopped working due a worn out pressure on/off switch. Phoned up at 11:00am explained what was needed. Confirmed they had stock. Placed order which arrived next morning before 9:00am.
