If you are considering an Air Lift system for your truck, be aware that the company considers their premium products to have a very short, "finite" lifespan.

I installed a WirelessAIR system on my F-150 in 2020. When the manifold failed recently, I reached out to Air Lift—not for a handout, but for technical support and a path to repair. I was met with total dismissal. I was forced to hunt down their executive leadership just to get a response.

Merilyn Patterson, the Director of Customer Satisfaction, officially informed me that my 6-year-old system has reached its "finite service life." Despite the fact that I am 12v proficient and explicitly asked for a technical path to retrofit a modern part to my existing system, the company refused to provide any diagrams, technical guidance, or options for replacement parts. Their only "solution" was to tell me to buy a completely new system at full retail price.

Air Lift would rather see a functional $1,000 investment go into a landfill than provide the basic technical support needed to fix a single discontinued part. They treat their "premium" hardware like a disposable toy. Avoid this brand and go with a competitor that actually stands behind their products and supports the people who use them.

Air lift brackets plates and clamps all rusted away in a short period of time and even though the box said lifetime warranty the company said they do not warranty rust-I guess they don't know what lifetime warranty means.So now they took the lifetime warranty off the box.Must of had some complaints-SHADY

I bought rear airbags for my old car. Drives 4 or 5 times a year. 1 air bag popped after only 2 years. I emailed them about a replacement. Weeks go by and no response. They finally got back to me and said they dropped the ball on my order and sent me replacement for free. That's a caring company. Very happy with them. A company you can trust is a plus....

Comes out with a Towtal view camera system, and then later I find the same camera system online for a lot cheaper, they just slapped their logo on the dang thing and marked it up. You’re better off going with higher resolution and not paying the inflated price.

I was needing parts for a system that the discontinued. No parts were available. This company went above and beyond to fix my issues. They are greatly appreciated. I look forward to doing business with them again and can’t wait to spread the news of how amazing their company and customer service is.!!

Love the look that air lift gave to my challenger but one strut leaked within a year, was replaced under warranty but the same thing happened less than a year later to the replacement strut, not good quality. Within a year the rear doesn't lift properly without having to go extra high then back down again which reduced my confidence in the system further.

lifetime warrantee lasted less than a year they replaced them once in that year but when they went out again still within a year they refused. the construction of there 2000lb air bags is very poor and light duty don't wast your money. I have the Firestone bags now better in every way

I do not recommend you buy Airlift products. Their kits are of poor design using brass inserts in the bags with steel bolts which are dissimilar metals. Anyone with common sense knows you never put dissimilar metals together in an environment which has water, salt, road grime etc! If you ever have to replace the bags you cannot separate the mounting brackets from the bags because the bolts have seized in the bags due to the dissimilar metals and electrolysis that has been created due to dissimilar metals being used in this environment. Additionally, also because of poor design, the bags are to close to other suspension parts (u-bolts, leaf springs) etc, which cause the bags to rub creating holes in the bags and bending of the roll plates. Airlift will not stand behind their product because of poor design and will not replace the kit. Do not, I repeat do not buy their kits. You will spend over $450 and need to replace them 2 years later at your own expense. We were told by Airlift that we needed to buy a new kit at our expense. Because of this we have chosen to go with the Timbren suspension systems which do not use air and you get a lifetime warranty and better performance. Airlift, you had a chance to make this right and chose not to! Now I will make sure everyone knows of your products poor design and your horrible customer service. Social Media, here we come!

Air lift is a great company with great products. Customer support is excellent and response to any issues is very quick.

Bought an Airlift 1000 kit for my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox, installation was simple, and straight forward. The system seems to be a solid design. I did however have a leaky air spring. With one quick email to customer support I had a new air spring with new hardware on my doorstep in days. Great company and support. 10/10
