Waited for over a month to receive my A-6 Intruder plane. Received a notice from Fed-Ex that my package could not be delivered due to package being damaged.

I bought the B-52 with the 47” wingspan where the nose of the aircraft is at the center flying toward the observer. I am thrilled with the quality, packing, and size of the art. It is a centerpiece in my living room over my TV console. If you realize the exact dimension, you will see it is accurate and not small. This is my third purchase here - but not my last!

This is my second purchase of a CH46. The first one was small and now we got one that is 47 inches. Both came UNDAMAGED . Both look fantastic on my wall. I would recommend Aircraft Vibes for all the aircraft they sell !

I ordered a Eurofox silhouette as a gift and it arrived this week and I'm very pleased. It looks exactly as I'd hoped. The online ordering worked perfectly, the shipping notices kept me informed and the boxing of the plane was suitable so there was no damage in transit. Highly recommend!

I ordered a UH-34 on 5/18 and it arrived on 6/3. I was a little worried with the company being overseas, however, my order even arrived a day early. It was exactly what I wanted and looked amazing!! I am really happy with the product and Aircraft Vibes for even offering the UH-34 because they are a hard aircraft to find today.

Too expensive for how small the product was. Several months later I received a $40 charge for customs fees that werent advertised very well.

Order was shipped on time and in great shape. Product was even better than what was pictured, very impressed with realism.

Shipping was somewhat slow and thin packaging product was bent but I was able to straighten it out, it is a well built product but was smaller than expected wish I would have gotten larger, it’s a pretty good representation of the aircraft I ordered, would buy again but pay close attention to the sizes or you will be disappointed.

I'm extremely frustrated by Aircraft Vibes. My order hadn't shipped for more than 6 weeks which was far after I expected to have the product based on their site. I emailed them to cancel my order and of course they said, oh it's ready and we're shipping it. The order took a very long time to ship and the product showed up with sharp metal pieces that were stuck to the mold or cut out. It's not a clean cut like shown. Additionally, 4 months later I've now received an invoice from Fedex for shipping fees. I do NOT suggest doing business with Aircraft Vibes.

Why did I receive an invoice from FedEx for shipping?

After waiting over a month for the small Mustang to arrive, a couple weeks later I received a bill from FEDEX saying I owed them $21 for import duty fees. I contacted Aircraftvibes and all I got was an AI generated email saying not their problem. I have found no way to contact them and reach an actual human customer service. Stay away unless you want FEDEX to continuously hound you for import fees. They do not ship for free as advertised.
