Aircraft Powerglide

Really loving the ease of using this machine, keeps my LVT and tiled floors gleaming effortlessly.

Managed to snap the handle from the body (Totally my fault, spoke to the customer service team who arranged a repair return within minutes, sending the shipping label to make the process easy. Oh how I wish every company offered this excellent level of service.

100% recommend the product and service A*

We have a Powerglide floor buffer and the ball joint broke after the machine was dropped.
It was over 2 years old so not still under guarantee, which is completely understandable.
The replacement part for £10 and fitted in under 30 minutes.

Have to commend the after sales team for outstanding responses.
I originally reported the issue on a Sunday afternoon and had a reply within a few hours, and the part needed identified the next day.
I had an issue while purchasing the part because Paypal passed them an old address. This was corrected by email within the hour.
I email again on a Saturday with a question about fitting the part and got a reply well within the hour.

My machine is under warranty and I had an issue with a broken balljoint. Emailed the company after hours but still receive a reply within half an hour. Replacement part received within 3 days. This company’s after sales service is absolutely brilliant. Added to the fact I love the product I am one very happy customer.

Fantastic after sales service, which I find is so rare these days. Erica patiently took me through all the issues that might be causing a problem with my airglide - light coming on on the base unit but not working. She waited while I tested everything out. I was prepared to buy a new part ( machine is out of warranty) but we found it was an issue with the batteries in the handle. I would definitely buy from this company again and recommend to others.

My experience was really amazing. I had an issue with my aircraft machine. The spray was not working and leaking water. I purchased the replacement base in August last year and when I emailed the support team they corresponded straight away. I sent a video to show the issue and I was offered a replacement base. I was so delighted as I love the machine. In just a week I have a new replacement base and it is working perfectly. This is amazing as I live in Ireland. The team were so kind and helpful. I am so grateful to them. They are amazing. I would strongly recommend this company to my friends

Bought the Aircraft PowerGlide from Costco after our Karcher packed up and were we glad? Absolutely.

The product is superb, works a treat, easy to use and above all pretty silent and effortless.

Needed an after sales support and again, the team at AirCraft won my heart instantly, taking pragmatic steps to resolve in a "computer says no" world. Loved it. Kudos to Ali and Abbie for their customer centric mindset.

Just one piece of advice if you decide to buy this product (would strongly recommend if you like clean floors), the plastic wrapper on the AAA batteries that are included is not visible. We nearly returned the product thinking it was faulty. Just remember take the plastic film off when you turn the battery (you will know what I mean when you buy the product).

We bought a Powerglide floor cleaner in June 23 excellent product we have pets and no carpets the cleaner is great on Parka, Tiles and even copes with a kitchen slate floor. It stoped working think it was the charger or battery. Phoned Aircraft support at 13:00 on a Sunday with great relief there was no Queue no damed automated answering service and worst of all no damed bots. Got though to a service person very quickly Chloe was really helpful and nice to talk to she diagnosed the problem was the battery and Emailed me a link to order the part. I ordered it Sunday it arrived by one of the bast carriers DPD today Tuesday 17th 48hours and problem fixed. If only all companies were this good and learned from this, get rid of the answering machines, bots and global call centres and put back knowledgable staff.

I purchased an Aircraft Lume fan in the hotter summer months after having a really rubbish fan that just circulated the warm air.
This fan is quiet (even on the higher settings) keeping the whole room cool.

Had a problem with my AiGlide and got a call back from Shane, who couldn’t have been more helpful.
The AirGlide itself is great, I have a large area of wooden floor and the machine gets it clean in no time at all.

Just a word of advice, make sure you use the charger that comes with the machine, that was what caused my issue.

Bought my mop in December and it’s amazing can’t live without it. The base broke 9 months later, I got in contact with aircraft and they send out a new base straight away. I am so pleased they did as I forgot how tiring it is to mop a big floor with a normal mop. Fantastic customer service I am very pleased.

This powerglide cleaner three months ago absolutely loving it is perfect for the flaws we need to clean I would have give it five stars except for I think it needs to have some more harsh scrubbing pads other than that I love this machine really good

Absolute best customer service I have received from any company ever.

Love it. The powerglide has been keeping our wooden floors clean, especially from our puppy bringing in dirt from the garden whilst free-roaming in and out of the house. It's been really easy to keep the floors clean as now feels effortless as it just glides across the floors and picks up all of that dirt and more. It is so easy to just turn on and whip around to make the floors spotless in minutes

Have ordered two AirCraft products - the PowerGlide floor cleaner and most recently the Lume fan. To say I've been impressed would be an understatement. Clearly, this is a brand that cares about good design and solving customer problems rather than useless gimmicks. Thankfully haven't needed to contact customer service but I've been very happy with delivery times/communication etc. Top marks.

This company who has designed this floor cleaning tool needs to find the blueprints and set fire to them. I have never seen such poor performance in a cleaning tool that costs £200.00. The entire advert is a complete lie. The rotary tool does not spin 250 times in one minute as I counted it. The high performance battery does not last upto 40 minutes try 12 minutes then you have to wait 2 hrs till fully charged. The battery is not high performance and the size of the battery is not fit for the job and you will know when you see the size of it that's why it is not fit fir purpose. The spin is poor and the weight is floored in design. You will never achieve your intended goal with this equipment. I want to speak with the CEO of this company to say you will never achieve profits from this very very very very bad designed equipment. All you will achieve a a returns overflow of equipment and customers being angry and lied to over your advert. How dare you create such a poorly designed battery powered mop to british customers. That battery should be 10 times the size. You have failed to supply an appropriate power pack to compliment the tool so will fail in your journey to succeed. Resign now and spare yourself the embarrassing moment you have to inform your employees there's no future as customers are returning more goods and eating away at your remaining profits. Very angry customer I am never ever ordering this product or any brand in the future.

We purchased the Lume air circulating fan it looks amazing its the best fan we have had so sleek it has a back light which is so cosy very modern looking and so quiet its amazing we would highly recpmmend this fan . Airctaft were so nice to follow up with a courtisy call after being one of the first to purchsse the fan & to top it off it was very fast delivery thanks guys 😁

I think when you buy something it is helpful to have the backing of a good customer service. It also influences whether you would buy again. I can honestly say Air Craft has probably the best customer service department I have ever encountered. They are totally committed to sorting your issues. My machine is now working again but if it had been irreparable I would have repurchased and that is down to the Customer Service department.
