I had ordered 4 pieces of clothing, simple enough until they took 3 weeks to ship out of China. Some delays okay, that's fine whatever. Until finally 2 weeks after that it entered the U.S. and made it to my state. Then my package passed my town and took a trip down the coast and back to just outside my town back and forth for 4 more weeks. I was told that they could not help me, so I asked my local ups to help me out. They told me that the vendor had put the wrong label with the wrong address on it before it shipped even though I had purchased from the site 2 other times and my address was on file. After going back to the vendor they told me they couldn't help as they were going on holiday and I'd have to wait an extra 2 weeks. This label mix up could have also been easily avoided if their QC/QA was overseeing the packaging process. I messaged them back about a week later and demanded a refund, which they were able to grant pretty quickly. Other than giving hasty refunds they arnt good for much else. Don't waste your time with these guys. Along with having no idea what they're doing I have found in my own experience the quality of the product to always be sub par.

HORRENDOUS! Avoid at all cost!
Ordered a 3 panel print - print quality is awful it is faded and the pixels are not suitable for the size canvas, and no frame!

After putting your photo and our web picture in comparison, we think the canvas looks good in general. We have sent your item photos to our factory. They said that the picture you got and the image on the web are similar because the photo on web is just designed photo, so sometimes it can't be 100% the same when it's printed.

We do not deny that the canvas you received is a bit faded, but it's not such that big mistake. Therefore, we would like to give you a 5USD discount code, so that you can use in other orders on our website next time. Let's consider and tell us soon.

About frame or material, our canvas is printed canvas pieces without frames, which is showed clearly on our website (check attachment please). We offer you white edges which allow and guide you to create wood frames for your canvas. When you leave the white edges and put it within frames, it will be completed as on web.

I will try to take this up with paypal, hopefully they can help.. The price you pay for buying form China I suppose...

Avoid order from this site! I ordered one 5 piece canvas and it came in really bad print quality (bad colours and pixels)! I send them an email and they said that cause i send the email 10 days after receiving the package they cannot support me! Unacceptable behaviour!

Ordered the canvas thinking I'd get the frames with it as shown on there website. But after ordering and receiving the product to my dissatisfaction I found that there is no frame.

It does show this on the website but not in the photos. In my opinion it is not worth the price.

Bad booked producted, and in bad condition. Don't trust anymore, **** them all

Asked for basic canvas with something on it, recieve 4 weeks later (so too late for my friend birthday...) something quite bad, stinking and WITHOUT the frame! First time of my time I see that, something received from the far China.
As I can see from other commentary most of their product are counterfeit but I've seen it too late...
But it's not too late to Absolutly avoid them and PASS the word for the others, be cool, protect yourself and your friend from this site.

This Company is one of the biggest jokes I've ever seen, if i could give it 0 stars i would. Do not order from this company! Ordered a jumper with Psyduck on it for my boyfriend, and what came was nothing like was advertised, it was not a jumper in the slightest, what came was tacky and cheap and also the cuffs, collar and bottom were green.

When i contacted the company to tell them what happened and sent them pictures comparing what was meant to come to me and what had actually come to me, they noted that it didn't look like what was on the website and did have green cuff but said "its not that big of a mistake".

I told them that this wasn't good enough because i had paid $30 for it and they told me again they didn't see it as as big as a mistake i had made it out to be and to return it back to china even though i'm from the UK, and wanted me to pay for the shipping myself - this would cost me an absolute fortune. I've never seen a company with this bad Customer service.

Don't waste your time and money on this website. You could get your 3 year old to make a jumper that would end up looking better.

I ordered my boyfriend a pair of pants as a gift on August 6th and I didn't get it until October. The first time he wore them the crotch area ripped. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from again.

Not what I expected, though could be worse.
Bought a set of 3 canvas prints, arrived after 30 days which wasn't too bad.
The Canvas prints themselves are quite nice, however I should have checked that they are sold without the frames before buying as I now have to find somewhere which sells canvas frames.

Would use again though

Absolut keine Kaufempfehlung! Ich habe ein "Wall Art " bestellt welches ein Geschenk werden sollte. Die Qualität ist absolut grauenhaft! Der Aufdruck des Bildes ist stark verpixelt! Aus ein paar Metern Entfernung ist der Aufdruck immer noch verschwommen. Nachdem ich mein Geld zurückgefordert hatte bekam ich lediglich einen Rabatt Code im Wert von 5$ und der Aussage des Kundendienstes " mehr könne wir nicht tun". Noch nie so eine Frechheit erlebt!

Esperienza veramente terribile..tanto per cominciare sono CINESI e non era specificato da nessuna parte, altrimenti non avrei neanche comprato..ho ordinato una cosa che da quanto scritto e dalla foto doveva essere un maglioncino a maniche lunghe con la stampa di Zoro dell'anime One Piece, ma di maglioncino non ha niente. Ordinato a fine novembre 2016, arrivato a Marzo, hanno impiegato due mesi solo per imballarlo e portarlo alle poste. Dopo due mail e i miei ripetuti messaggi su Messenger in cui chiedevo spiegazioni sul fatto che non mi avessero ancora mandato il codice di tracciabilità mi hanno finalmente risposto per mail dicendomi che in quel momento erano in ferie per festeggiare il capodanno cinese e avrebbero ripreso a lavorare a inizio febbraio..altra cosa che assolutamente sulla loro pagina Facebook e sul sito non era specificata da nessuna parte..a febbraio mi spediscono finalmente il pacco, che mi arriva a inizio marzo..beh, forse l'unica cosa decente è la stampa sul "maglioncino"..tanto per cominciare il materiale con cui è fatto è davvero terribile, quel materiale sintetico che usano generalmente per le magliette da jogging, non tiene caldo per niente se fa freddo e fa sudare da schifo se fa caldo..ma la condizione in cui mi è arrivata è cosa ben peggiore!! Fili che pendono, cuciture completamente storte, con punti dati qua e là, che non tengono neanche unite le due parti della maglia..e l'etichetta? Non c'è! Probabilmente è stata strappata via per nascondere non so cosa perché dove doveva esserci l'etichetta ho due buchi e dei fili strappati! Altra cosa e poi concludo: sulla loro pagina Facebook non c'è la possibilità di scrivere post in nessun modo, non c'è un'area dedicata ai post dei visitatori, come invece è presente in qualsiasi altra pagina! Si può solo scrivere nei commenti ai post che pubblicano loro, commenti che nessuno legge mai!!! E non c'è neanche la possibilità di poter pubblicare nei commenti le foto dei prodotti acquistati!! Se non è frode questa!! La cosa che mi spaventa è che un sacco di gente ogni giorno commenta i post di vendita dicendo lo voglio o mio dio che bello assolutamente devo comprare qui!! Io provo a commentare dicendo di non comprare, ma o nessuno mi crede, o non so cosa dire! Spero che facciate qualcosa davvero per sistemare questa faccenda perché c'è davvero tantissima gente interessata ma che non sa della fregatura!

Auf Grund der schlechten Bewertungen auf dieser Seite hatte ich lange überlegt, ob ich wirklich bei Aio Hacks bestellen soll. Da es den Pullover allerdings nur auf dieser Seite gab habe ich mich schließlich dazu entschlossen es zu riskieren. Und ich kann sagen ich wurde positiv überrascht. Insgesamt habe drei e-Mails bekommen, in denen mir immer mitgeteilt wurde, wo mein Paket sich momentan befindet. Auch kam das Paket in der angegebenen Lieferzeit von vier Wochen an. Die Quatität ist auch in Ordnung. Ich kann den Shop auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen hier überhaupt nicht. Der Kundenservice ist 1A. Vier Wochen Lieferzeit muss man halt einfach einplanen, wenn etwas aus China kommt. War aber auf der Seite ja auch so angegeben.

I ordered a product on December 12th ... It is now FEBRUARY 7th ... I STILL have NOT received my product. When I initially asked for a refund they said ok.
BUT then they were sending me emails saying they needed to hear from the factory. I have been asking for a refund on something I haven't received for a MONTH now.

I bought a toy from this page, which turned out to be damaged. The instructions of the customer service for the exchange where not just unfriendly but false as well. Now I don't have a toy and my money is gone as well. Learn from my mistake and don't buy from AIO Hacks. Worst decision I have made in the last years.

I ordered 2 things from aio hacks on 11-23-16 and here it is 12-17-16 and I still have nothing and the tracking has not updated in 10 days. One of the items says it's being held by customs and it's just an action figure lamp! These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Now I'm not sure what to tell my family.
