I did experience some problems with processing payment for billing. I called ahead of time to make sure everything was set up and it did not go well for me, but it did eventually could all resolved.

I just signed up for your insurance on our Jeanneau 43DS sailboat. My only issue is that you seem a bit understaffed and I need to wait for call-backs after leaving a message. Beyond that your people seem to be efficient and friendly.

Turnin them Bads
I have not had to claim anything so I don’t know how smoothly that process works but the app is easy and I have insurance so my kid can fish for the high school. I’m satisfied with what I have used so far.

Well, between my broker and the insurance company, finding and binding a policy, this was one of the fastest and easiest experiences Ive ever had in getting coverage.

Price and ease of finding insurance for older boats.
We had issues finding insurance for our boat. Former Insurance, Travelers after many years without claims cancelled our marine insurance because of one claim after many years with Travelers.
