I am happy to review and revise a previous posting regarding problems with an outstanding delivery problem. After raising the issue with Agora it was immediately resolved with a replacement order dispatched immediately using a different currier. Very pleased with the outcome and outstanding customer care.

Great service excellent products - EVO particularly good. Thoroughly professional and prompt delivery. Advertizes "next day" and it is indeed so. Helpful staff contactable by phone. The quality of the food largely PDO. One improvement I should like either on web-site or on the product is the date of the olive crop harvest used for the the EVO oils.

Excellent service from Agora. I needed to contact them over delivery issues (not their fault) and they were most helpful and polite.
I have used the company several times in the past and have found their products to be of top quality offered at a reasonable price.
The deliveries are always well packaged with perishable goods being securely preserved with ice packs to ensure freshness.
The service Agora provides is really first rate. The range of goods offered is very extensive.

Produce arrived completely defrosted and cannot be used for the intended event for which they were purchased. Very disappointed with the level of customer service when this was reported. Minimal refund given. Will not use this company again as most of the order has gone to waste.
