I ordered some Bluetooth headphones from an ad on tiktok claiming to be £3.00, ended up charging me £3.60 and automatically signed me up for this £29.99 monthly subscription without my consent! I've tried to cancel this as I do not have the money to pay for this subscription, nor does it look like from the rest of these reviews that i will actually be receiving these headphones! The cancellation is pending which ultimately makes me terrified as someone with about a fiver in my bank account, I do hope they won't charge me and I will change my review if anything changes.

I bought a case, it was delivered 1-2 weeks later. It was a birthday present, and guess what, wrong case (wrong model). I asked kindly (3 times!) if it is possible to change it to the correct one, no answer. Very disappointing.

I was looking for a sustainable cover an found a black phone case on their website, which i ordered. Afterwards i found out that the site didn't mainly have good review so i was a bit worried at first whether the cover would turn up, but after a couple of days the package arrived nontheless with the case in a good state. Though, after having removed the case and mounting it back onto the phone, it suffered a smaller crack at the part around the camera. I contacted the comstumer service and recieved a refund two days later. So all in all, leaving the cover out of account, an all right experience.

Just great! 1 beautiful CO2 positive plant mobiler cover + recycled charger. Delivery was a few days from Sweden to Denmark - but as expected - and packaged responsably. More companies like this please!!! Recommended.

Thats a horrible company. I bought a phone case and wanted to change it to another color - I had to resend it first of all for 9 € because they don't pay they transport. And now all the sudden they don't answer anymore and don't find the case - that's FRAUD!!!!!! I payed in total 47 € for nothing - worst experience ever!!!!!! DONT BUY ANYTHING OVER THERE!!!!!!!!!

Bought a phone case. Initially the product was nice and felt solid. After 6 months it was peeling off. This case is really expensive compared to others because of all this ecofriendlyness but one would expect it to last. But worst of all I wanted to post my review in their website and I could not (you cannot post freely); I was told that: “ we understand how you feel about the product but we don't want to leave such experience to our valued customers”. Careful with their positive reviews in their website, it’s absolutely biased.

Paid for 2 phonecases and a toothbrush. Understandably, the delivery was delayed by Covid, however they are 2 months late on the updated delivery they set, and have not responded to any of the 25+ emails I've sent them.

The worst service
I have a reservation with them and with a lot of agency for my travel to Spain and I got a full refund form Trip.com and Expedia refund and from all agencies except Agooda and when they answer the phone they will keep you waiting a long time and after that they will close the line

I ordered 5 of the bamboo toothbrushes and thought the free name engraving was a really nice touch.
However, within days, the bristles started coming out of the first brush I was using.
So I emailed and I was originally offered 5 new ones, they just wanted me to try and use the others to see if they were all faulty. Which I thought was fair enough. I also sent some pictures of the brush with the bristles falling out.
Others were ok so sent an email to let them know and can I have my replacement. I got a reply asking would I continue to try using the other brushes so they could save CO2 emissions with multiple shipments (winking face). So I'd gone from being promised 5 new ones to them basically putting me off from making any more orders. Surely as an online company it is on them and not the customer to try and reduce their co2 emissions.

Whether the others were fine or not I had one brush that was faulty and at £4 per brush I wanted a refund or replacement for at least just this one. The bristles were coming out in my mouth, it was a horrible first experience of using the bamboo brushes. I found it quite insulting I was asked twice to try using the product again, like they didn't believe me there was a problem, especially for a company with a '30 day money back guarantee'.

Eventually got a refund for one brush rather than the 5 replacements I was originally offered. Will not be ordering from here again.

Back in December they asked for “volunteers” to try out iPhone cases. I was one of them. I gave them all my info, etc and the only condition was that I payed the shipping, which I did.

Now, 5 months later I still haven’t received what we agreed. I’m constantly writing to their customer support to get my shipping money back and I don’t receive a response.

It’s not about the money per se. It’s about being professional. We had an agreement and it was not fulfilled on their side. The way I have been treated it’s very dissapointing.

I have to sadly say, this page is a scam.

Absolutely awful. Overpriced half sized product, phony filtered reviews, charged for shipping when it was clearly advertised as free. Poor customer service. Avoid.

This site is a scam, they pretend to save the earth but they really just save up the cash..
