I’ve been working for agincare for over 5 years now in Worcester, the company are amazing from the care workers I work with to the management team I’ve worked for a few domiciliary care company’s and neither beat this one, my manager Michelle Williams is amazing the most fairest nicest manager you could ever have and I feel lucky to be part of such a great team highly recommended place to work.

Fantastic management
I’m a live-in carer for agincare central, I’ve been working for agincare for 2 years now and from my first client I’ve had unmatched support from both managers Gemma Mason and Clair Ward. Gemma always checked in on me every other day on my first client and she’s been a fantastic role model to me and teaching me new things. Clair also recognised the complexity of my first client and she also praised me and a co-worker I worked alongside with a personalised box of chocolate with a message inside thanking us for our hard work. Both Clair and Gemma have given me undivided support and understanding during my time at agincare and I absolutely adore working for this company!

I have been with Agincare for the past 5 years and I had a difficult experience with a client abuse from the client.
I call my manager Gemma Mason and the social worker Francis loader for support, honestly I really appreciate their immediate support.
Gemma and Francis calling to check on me to make sure am ok and safe and they both came to my placement early in the morning.
I could not have ask for more with the support, advice and also talking to me and listening on how I feel was amazing 😊
I felt safe when I saw Gemma and Francis this morning and appreciated all the support.
This is my first time being this situation and Francis ( Social worker) and Gemma Mason were very supportive and that was great.
I was knew Agincare care for their staff and carers and Agincare deserves 10 stars 🌟 😊
I thank everyone that I didn’t mention their names in Agincare and social services that contributed their support in this situation .

Admission of our Mum
The staff at Agincare have been so helpful and professional in arranging a room for our Mum at Gainsborough Care Home. She had been given short notice to evacuate her present home as it is closing down suddenly.
So impressed by the speedy feedback and communication in arranging this transfer such as contracts etc. This has been an emergency situation and we are very grateful. We look forward to Mums admission at the end of the month.

I came across Agincare online I applied for a vacancy that I was interested in and after a short period of time I received an email with a response on my application. From then onwards the communication with the recruitment team was very effective and they did not take long to respond. I was enrolled into a training program which was very efficient and detail oriented. The International team was also very excellent in helping me with my paperwork. The exciting part is they allowed me to take my time at my old job and were very lenient enough to let me say when I was ready to start work. Soon after indicating that I was ready I went for my Induction training and this is when I met Gemma who has been a great mentor since then. The office team has also been very excellent in checking in while I am on duty. I am so proud to be part of the Agincare team.

I have been working for the company since September 2022 and currently still working for them now, I would recommend Agincare if you are currently looking for employment as a carer! I’m based central and the level of support you have is phenomenal. Shannon care coordinator she has ever been so fantastic with her support always a call away (trust me I mean that) as carer we can have bad days and Shannon/ Jaclyn will always be happy to help literally the best team I have had! 🤗 I wouldn’t swap them for anyone literally they’re are heart warming people if you ever struggle with anything with work always a call away and they’ve helped me so much words can not comprehend. 😊
I would give them 11/10 for the level of support they have given me since I’ve been a carer honestly ever so grateful. 🥹

The staff were very knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions that we had.
The finance team were a great help in providing the details for me to use an international bank transfer to pay the initial payments.
My mother has expressed how happy she is and how kind and friendly all of the staff members are.

Agincare was responsive and caring
Agincare were very responsive when I left a message asking for a call. They were very helpful and provided detailed information which helped is decide which provider to appoint to care for my parents. They made it clear what the arrangements would be, and did not pressure us to use them.
Everyone has been friendly and courteous.

It's great having regular times and…
It's great having regular times and shorter visits for my father who has dementia. Carers are friendly and get the jobs done without fuss fitting in with our family plans and meal timetable. Minus point of being given a work schedule which was nothing like what was actually delivered causing worry for my sister.

End of life care at home
My husband had about five days of excellent end of life care at home, from Agincare. One particular nurse, Myra, stood out as being so kind and caring and very thoughtful to all our needs. She is a real credit to the company, they are very lucky to have her working for them

Agincare have been amazing
Agincare have been amazing. Our mum hasn’t moved in yet but they are holding the room for her and whilst doing so, have been fantastic in their correspondence with us. They have been very responsive with regards to the tricky council process of moving her from her current home (not Agincare) to theirs. When I asked if she could go along to activities before she moves in, it was with a resounding yes. The staff have given her a very warm welcome. The activity program looks incredible. She saw her room for the first time yesterday and loves it and can’t wait to move in. Thanks Ben on behalf of my brother in America and me in Australia. We are over the moon.

Not happy
I am currently a customer of Agincare Worthing simply because there are no other care companies availablein the area
Firstly,the carers are excellent but are being badly let down by office staff who issue rosters that are of no use,, looking as if names have been fiiled intoslots with no thought or care.
I am fond of all my carers and hope that I treat them with the respect they deserve for the demanding job that they do and itry not to make any ddemands on their time. However all I do ask is that I have an early morning call. I go to bed at 6pm I would prefer it to be later because I am being left for 15 or 16 hours in bed. This is having a devastating effect on both my physical and mental health. I amcompletely paralysed on my left hand side and unable to move when I wake in the morning. As I have such an early bedtime I am usually awake by 3 or 4am and can do nothing and it seems to me the more I complain the later my call b3comes. It's very upsetting when I hear that customers who can get out of bed unaided or live with family are having earlier calls than me. I am at a loss as to know what to do, i have spoken to my social worker, she phones the office but iam afraid the person or persons involved are somewhat frugal with the truth. My daughter has also spoken to Louise in the but it seems no effort is being made to help me
The timing of my calls has improved and I'm feeling so much better. I would like to thank all who have been involved in helping me.

The beginning.
To date we have only been through the signing up and interviewing for Carers stage. However so far it's been a very warm, caring and professional experience and crucially the staff speak well of the company.
I will ping 5 stars once its all up and running and if our parent is happy.

A disrespect to end of life care
Agincare provided inexperienced carers who sat in their bedroom all day leaving my dad strapped into his wheelchair on his own. Complaints were not passed on internally and customer support was non existent. Avoid like the plague.
