AginCare- Greenhive Care Home
I have been very impressed with the care provided by Agincare Home Care Service. The staff are not only friendly and approachable but also highly competent, knowledgeable, and excellent communicators.
My sister’s care plan, along with its ongoing updates, has always been explained clearly and concisely, which gives me great confidence and peace of mind. In particular, I would like to highlight Ms V.R, the Team Leader in the Burgess Unit. She organises her team exceptionally well, ensuring continuity of care and communication even during her absence. On those occasions, the team has kept me fully appraised of my sister’s well-being, which I deeply appreciate.
Overall, my experience has been extremely positive, and I wholeheartedly recommend Agincare to anyone seeking professional, compassionate, and well-coordinated care for their loved ones.

From my initial enquiry to the provision of a very successful care plan and carer, all went very well. This is a well organised and coordinated firm which is professional and quick in its approach to the provision of care. Agincare will enable my mother and father to manage at home. Whilst the care is for my mother, my father also benefits and is at last relieved of the stress of being a lone carer at the age of 92.

An excellent Company
My Wife Christine has been supported by Agincare for the past four weeks, since being discharged from Hospital. All the Carers have been marvellous, helping and encouraging her to become more independent.
The Administration Team in Witney and Head Office have also been excellent, really on the ball, so much so that we have decided to extend Agincare support indefinitely.

I would not recommend this care company!!
I would not recommend this care company to anyone, after experiencing a really distressing time in my life and in desperate need of care whilst I was wheelchair bound, tube fed and mentally unwell. They massively let me down. Cancelled visits and promising to start my care package time and time again they never showed up and then eventually stopped all contact. They left me without any support, house bound with no social interactions. To then begin the search again for carers, the reassurance and care they promised me on our first meeting was NEVER followed through. How this is acceptable, I’m not sure. Never trust the words of Agincare Enable!
Great response from the New Milton team!
My wife got herself in a bit of a predicament and was not able to move. The care team from the New Milton office looked after her until further help arrived and stayed until I was able to get home. My wife was none the worse for wear and was quickly back to her old self. So well done New Milton team - an unpredictable event managed to a successful outcome!

Joan Maitlands 95th birthday tea
Admiralty House did a tea party for my mother in laws 95th birthday. They made her a lovely birthday cake and really made a fuss of her which was lovely. The staff are amazing.

Terrible in New Milton
Terrible in New Milton. Manager is immature and never takes responsibility for her agency. We’re all human and make mistakes but if you don’t accept responsibility you never learn anything & it makes you arrogant. You can imagine if she’s like that what the rest of the staff are like. Some good carers some very rude & unprofessional but that’s only to be expected with the current management. Carers clearly need proper training, which includes customer service and respect for the client but these agencies employ anyone without experience, it’s such a badly paid job it’s no wonder there are these concerns. Avoid, if you can! The Manager may have sent flowers to another client but she couldn’t even be bothered to come round and discuss our safeguarding concerns or issues with some carers so you should investigate this internally and take it seriously.

Conney the lady showed us around started experience of dad's tranition from hospital to home a easy journey.
She explained everything was not pushy and had answers for everything (u have a great member staff ). The room is lovely and spacious. After visiting other homes yours deffo was the best and wound highly recommend

I went for rest bit all went well and then it went bad I have evidence off what happened the manager said you can not stay here pack your bags and leave the police was called because i went for a walk there was no one at the reception desk to ask & the doors where not locked and day staff very nice and perlite night staff kept banging doors and one night staff said ok then go and kill your self i don’t care , I use to work in a care home so I know what it’s all about the food was cold the staff had no training on how to handle the residents or on server mental health which i have got

My experience of Agin Care was brief
My experience of Agin Care was brief, the company having taken over the care home where my father had wandered during the night and trapped his fingers in a fire door. The incident was unobserved. The surgeon advised the removal of part of 1 finger but decided Dad would not cope with the anaesthetic. Whilst at the care home he ripped out the stitches on 3 occasions making me question the level of supervision. Dad then refused to eat or drink, was hospitalised with pneumonia and died.
My Mum was still a resident in the home when Agin took over. I spoke to and emailed the interim manager to express my concerns regarding the inadequate investigation and the poor level of care but did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. I moved Mum out of this care home. On the day of her move I was told by a number of staff that they did not know she was moving, neither did they know that Dad had died. Articles of labelled clothing, shoes and spectacles were missing from her belongings together with her handbag. Despite a number of phone calls not all of these items have to this date been returned.
Unless Agin Care have made huge changes to the level of care, cleanliness and staff training I would not recommend this home to anyone.

Superb service so far
Superb service so far. I cannot fault the support Agincare have given to my aunt and to myself in order to make the service work for us. With my aunt in a resbite care home over 100 miles from her home where she will have the care, Agincare were able to accommodate and meet my aunt and go to her home to ensure she has everything she needs in place for her return home.

Outstanding care - highly recommended
I cannot speak too highly of the care my daughter is getting at an Agincare home in Weymouth (Crecy). The staff are all kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The care they are giving to my daughter's diet at the moment is just outstanding. I am able to talk to the care manager and her deputy and they are both interested and professional and able to offer creative solutions to care management problems. Highly recommended.
