Johanna kept us in the loop during the survey window to ensure we could collect as many surveys as possible to get the most accurate reflection of our culture from the team. The results dashboard is easy to navigate and surfaces helpful insights.

An Authentic Approach to Workplace Recognition

The Agency Workplaces Award process provided a thoughtful and valuable experience from start to finish. What stood out most was the emphasis on authentic employee feedback and the opportunity to gain meaningful insight into our workplace culture through the survey results and reporting dashboard. The process felt organized, transparent, and focused on helping agencies better understand their teams rather than simply recognizing winners.
Agency Workplaces is doing a great job creating a program that highlights the importance of culture within agencies. We appreciated how streamlined and approachable the overall experience was for both leadership and employees.

Exchanging and learning

Being able to hear from an expert on agency culture, and learning from agencies around the world sharing their experiences, is an incredible opportunity. It provides valuable insights and ideas that we can test in our own environments. There’s nothing more helpful than discovering that a challenge you face has already been addressed elsewhere and having those leaders walk you through, step by step, how they did it. By mirroring and adapting these actions, agencies everywhere can improve, evolve, and grow together.

Really great service and support

Really great service and support. They helped me a lot and were always quick to respond whenever I had questions.

The consultation with the team and Wesley was very helpful and they took the time to really understand my situation. I felt well guided throughout the whole process. Would 100% recommend them.

Thoughtful, Actionable, and Well-Designed

As an agency leader, I’ve taken a lot of assessments over the years. Most feel generic. This one didn’t.

Agency Workplaces gave us a clear, data-backed look at our culture - not just some vanity score. The 80/20 model makes sense. Employee experience carries the majority weight, but leadership accountability is still measured meaningfully.

What I appreciated most was the breakdown into specific dimensions. It gave us actual insights into where we’re strong and where we need to sharpen execution.

It sparked honest conversations internally, which is the whole point.
