Agarwal Packers and Cargo L.L.C  Anmeldelser

On our exit from AUH, we had 2 shipments-1 for Sydney Australia, 2 for Jeddah KSA. Both were short of a full container load. I called many with no help. But when I called Shailendra of Agarwal Packers, he brought instant solution to our shipment problems. He was absolutely positive with willingness to help a customer. So more than 5 points to him. After that every step was hassle free and smooth until we got our deliveries. During this Komal came in and assisted us at every stage during storage of our goods until final delivery. She was always prompt in answering our questions and helpful in solving some key issues that came up during storage of our goods. Highly recommend to Use Agarwal Packers and if you deal with Shailendra and Komal, it will be double benefit.

Excellent service overall, packaging was good. The shipment was delivered from dubai to my location in India within two weeks.

The stuff was packed very inappropriately. The shoes were put with the clothes which is totally unacceptable. I had to get each piece of cloth washed when it reached me. The shipment was also delayed and did not arrive within the timeline that was promised to me. The boys who were to pack the stuff also did not reach my place at the promised time.

Excellent packaging! I moved an entire household, complete with a standing piano, 65 inch TV, white goods, glassware, and furniture. Not a single thing was damaged out of 61 cartons. Unbelievable efficiency!

Very fast swift hassle free and truly professional service . Excited within 7 days from Doha to Abu Dhabi . Consignment delivered within 3 days at my doorstep. Highly recommended and very skilled workers . Very cooperative and professional to say the least

Today we used agarwalpackers at Dubai Airshow. They are on time , professional , good woork culture. They delivered more than what they promised.

They packed and loaded 3 big stand within 10 Hrs.

Very cleaverly managed. I stroglly recommend this companies to others.

Special mention to Ms. Komal from the India office. She was understanding, patient, polite, knowledgeable and compassionate throughout the entire process. Shipment arrived later than scheduled but the total cost was very reasonable and most everything arrived in good condition, only 2 broken glasses, which is very minor. Overall, I am pleased with this shipping company and will recommend them to others. Team Mobility who packed us up in the UAE was very efficient and good. KLH Movers, the destination vendor, was also very efficient and easy to work with. Aside from the delay of getting the goods moved out of the UAE, everything else was as promised. POA service was excellent and the shipment arrived on schedule at Chennai port. Customs clearance was quick and goods were dispatched immediately. Thank you for your service.

Trust and pricing both in single package. My shipment delivery was requested to be delivered late almost for more than one month after the 30 days grace period but was charged reasonable. Not even single damage even when shipment had too many glass crockery items. It QA a hassle free experience with first call till the delivery. Special thanks to Shailendra Dxb who made it look so simple. I will recommend APML to my friends.

Used AGARWAL Packers Dubai to Mumbai FCL, door to door. Accurate assessment, decent pricing, highly skilled, disciplined and efficient crew. Managed customs and delivery in Mumbai effectively. Disassembly of furniture in Dubai and reassembly in Mumbai handled competently. Fully thrust worthy. Deliver what is promised.

I am happy I chose APML to shift my container of household goods from Dubai to Hyderabad. Mr.Shailender in dubai and his team were very prompt in answering every query I had and successfully shipped as per agreed schedule. At second stage in india their local contact Ms Manjula in chennai office was very customer centric and answered my calls late night and also weekends and also during her personal leave. Lastly when consignment arrived in Hyderabad Mr Francis their local manager took total control over the delivery and unpacking. His commitment to job was extraordinary and followed the truck till 4 am when it reached our apartment. His unpacking team was very fast. Efficient. Overall it was a great experience. I will not hesitate to recommend them to any customer who wishes to transport from Dubai to India or elsewhere . Their rates were also reasonable and customer friendly.

No option to give them zero star. I booked their service to transport my household goods from India to Dubai … they damaged my gaming chair, bicycle, shirts and Jackets… on being questioned they replied that insurance company rejected my claim (I doubt whether they have taken the insurance as they didn’t share the policy with me) and now stopped answering my emails and calls… they can be classified as white collar cheaters

I used their services for moving from UAE to India. The way they managed and handled the cargo and timeline was examplary. Highly recommended...
