Alex was an absolute star throughout. He worked incredibly hard to secure my mortgage deal - even getting the rate reduced before I completed. He worked in challenging circumstances and with a challenging market, but he always kept an eye out for the best deal and came up with solutions to any difficulties. Recently, I have been working with Amanda (as Alex was on holiday when I contacted them about remortgaging).
