Aftershock is one of the worst company i ever faced. Brought a pc at 4k sgd however i ordered my gpu with a custom plate and was told to wait 2 weeks! After 2 weeks no news from them and i had to contact them personally and were told they gpu sold out and have to wait another 1 week, hence decided to cancel the order for the customised gpu plate. After getting the pc had problems with fps issue, com getting blue screen and within 1 month send back at least 3 times. Meaning i only get to use my pc for 1 week. Worst experience.

I previously experienced several issues with my PC purchased from Aftershock PC on 22 Dec 2025, including no display signal upon arrival (which required a GPU replacement), random screen blackouts, and static noise from the front panel audio port. There was also considerable back-and-forth communication via WhatsApp and multiple rounds of sending my PC in for servicing and waiting for its return, which made the experience quite frustrating.

After sending the PC back for servicing again, the team has since addressed the issues promptly and returned the system to me. I appreciate their follow-up and efforts to resolve the problems.

That said, the initial experience was disappointing as the system was brand new, yet required multiple rounds of servicing shortly after purchase. As a customer who chose a prebuilt PC for reliability and peace of mind, I had expected more thorough testing and quality control before delivery.

Overall, I acknowledge their effort in resolving the issues, but I hope future customers will receive systems that are fully checked and stable from the start, without the need for repeated servicing.

i thought it would be plug and play and it had so many good reviews but their probably bots

I decided to buy from aftershocks because I had heard great things about them, uppon recieving a desktop I had bought, they some how managed to ship out the wrong desktop. I had emailed them about it but no reply, I had to call them about it for them to give me a reply, this is very unprofessional and i still don't know how they managed to get it wrong. I would not recommend buying from these guys unless you're trying to get screwed over.

Communication was outstanding — unbelievably polite and patient with a mum who thought an SD card was a loyalty card and a cooling fan belonged in the fridge. Everything arrived perfectly packaged and right on time. One extremely happy teenager who has now permanently moved into their room. I expect to see them again sometime around 2030.

Everything was straight forward with the process to select parts to build PC with. My only issues with the whole process is the tracking with the shipment is lacking a bit and the delivery guys didn't require a signature while the box was stamped, not to be left without signature. Though this isn't an issue from aftershock themselves. Emails with status updates were consistently sent through with the whole process. Packing and making sure the GPU was supported properly was great. Would buy another PC through aftershock when the time arises. We'll done guys. 🤙👍

The build was pretty decent, just a few small details that really let the whole thing down.

For one, the print on the case of the cherry blossoms, a higher quality image or print let's the aesthetic down. It's ok to look at from a distance but up close you can virtually see each individual pixel.

The fan RGB controller is just a cheap $10 Amazon unit and only copies the input to make 1 channel but spread across Multiple fans as apposed to a controller that splits each fan onto its own channel.

The acrylic cover on the GPU doesn't allow for the GPU locking clip to lock, leaving the GPU hanging on with friction. If it wasn't for the GPU support bracket I opted for additional to help keep it in place I'd be really concerned if it was to stay in place at all.

The heat sync for the m.2 being stuck onto the m.2 was a bummer as we wanted to swap for the upgraded m.2 in the old PC but it means we lose the heat sync so 50/50 on that one, I would have liked a option to ask for it to be stuck or not.

Other than that is runs and performs as intended.

Delighted with my fantastic PC it runs extremely well and it’s quite lovely to the eye thank you so much.

All your staff that helped me from start to finish with building and by collaborating about my rig were incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

Given the time of year and the amount of PC's that must have been ordered and to still have my PC delivered in a timely manner was a great experience. Customer service team also responded fast and with great manners. I highly recommend the team at Aftershock.

It’s The best I got it before the. ram price went up .and it is gona be my first pc ever. but get express sipping it’s just better nothing is wrong with normal it’s just better.
