Alhamdulillah, I have received my dress and it is even more beautiful than I expected! The detailing, fabric, and finishing are absolutely perfect.
My experience with Afrozeh was wonderful from start to finish — excellent customer service and timely delivery. I ordered my dress from Australia and received it right on time without any issues. Truly impressed 🤍

great fabric and designs

The embellishments used on the dress were of **very low-grade material**, resembling packaging foil commonly used on food containers rather than proper fabric or decorative elements.
-Several decorative components appeared to be made from **cheap, paper-based glitter material**, similar to craft supplies, which is completely inappropriate for formal wear.
-The embroidery was **poorly executed**, with threads coming loose and finishing that was neither neat nor durable.
-Overall, the garment lacked the quality, craftsmanship, and finishing that one would reasonably expect from a formal outfit at this price.

I loved the stitching of the suit on the model, and blindly placed an order without looking at the horrible reviews.
When my dress arrived, it looked so different from the website. The neckline is SO LOW (I'm not even exaggerating), when the one shown on the website was modest and covered. The sleeves and the overall fit is so loose, when the website showed fitted sleeves. And for an S size, the suit fit like a M. I don't even know where they got the audacity to send that suit over.
When I emailed customer service telling them the dress I received is different from the website, with comparison pictures that showed a clear difference, their reply was that it "looks the same!"And to top it all of, this shitty brand has no refund policy! If you really really want purchase from this brand, DONT cause you're gonna waste $90 USD on a lawn suit that looks like a rag. Stick to more reliable brands like baroque, sapphire or ethnic.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Afrozeh. I placed an order for an Eid dress on March 5th and today is March 16th, yet I still have not received my order. When I contacted the team multiple times, the only response I kept receiving was, “We will try to deliver it on time.” Now suddenly they are telling me that the dress will be delivered after Eid. This is completely unacceptable.
I specifically paid almost double the price so that I could receive the dress in time for Eid. If the brand could not meet the delivery timeline, they should have been honest about it from the beginning. Now Eid is around the corner and I am left wondering what I will even wear on that day.
Brands like Afrozeh should understand that people have limited budgets when purchasing clothes for special occasions like Eid. Customers trust you with their money hoping you will deliver what you promise. Instead of making someone’s Eid special, this kind of service completely ruins the experience.
What is even more frustrating is that when I asked for a refund, they refused and instead offered a coupon equivalent to the amount I paid. What am I supposed to do with a coupon right now when Eid is almost here and I can’t even buy another dress in time? This is extremely disappointing customer service and a very unfair policy toward customers.

I ordered their hayat 25 collection and Just recieved mine today ( after almost 3 months) and absolute worst quality of all times. The embroidery falling off worst finishing, the fabric material is cheapest kind you could ever find. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I placed an order with Afrozeh over two months ago and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

The delivery was significantly delayed beyond the expected timeframe, and I had to repeatedly follow up through messages and emails just to receive updates. The lack of proactive communication made the process stressful, as I was genuinely concerned that the outfit would not arrive in time.

Although the item has now been delivered, the quality of the stitching and finishing does not meet the standard I expected. The beadwork is already coming loose, and the stitching—particularly on the top and dupatta—is uneven and poorly finished. Overall, the workmanship does not reflect the price paid or the brand’s reputation.

This was my first purchase from Afrozeh, and regrettably, based on this experience, it will also be my last.

Ordered an outfit in November, recieved mid January.
The stitching was terrible, the neckline was so big ,the length was nothing like it described on there website.
Poor service.

Won't be ordering with Afrozeh again.
Not worth the money I spent.
They have edited images on website so the outfits don't look the same.
Raised a complaint, was told to send back outfit for it to reach back in Pakistan within 5 days when it took them nearly 2 months to send out to me.
And even then I wouldn't get a refund but just a coupon code.

My wife order afrozeh divani collection order number 110180 the suit is in pathetic condition all suit is full of dirty stains which is pathetic service we need refund

Worst experience ever!!!!! They sent defective article and I prepaid the amount, it's been almost a month and my money is stuck. They've pathetic customer service and their worst policies.

I had a great experience with Afrozeh. Their customer service is very prompt. I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Zulqarnain, who looked after my request personally to expedite an order. Very pleased with the service.

Absolutely rubbish brand and hourandus service pre ordered the dress on the day it came out after more then a month I waited begging them for update and they keep telling me 1 more week after that they told me there's no production for that dress anymore what kind of service is this i am absolutely disgusted and never recommend or ordering from them anymore I am going to write this all the social media accounts to show everyone how bad this brand is.

I received my order from afrozeh today, i had great experience bcz of quality but you guys need to improve your timelines and thanks for your agents who bear my harsh behaviour towards your late delivery.
