Expérience globalement décevante, même si un remboursement partiel a finalement été effectué
J’ai acheté un bundle comprenant plusieurs VST, mais l’un des produits annoncés n’était finalement plus disponible. Un remboursement immédiat aurait été plus professionnel et m’aurait laissé le choix d’acheter ou non, plutôt que de m'imposer un bundle incomplet.
Le service client a fini par procéder à un remboursement partiel, mais cela a pris beaucoup de temps et a nécessité de nombreux échanges, ce qui a rendu l’expérience assez frustrante. Je n’ai jamais perdu autant de temps avec un service client.
Au final, la commande n’était pas conforme à ce qui était annoncé, et la gestion du problème aurait clairement pu être plus professionnelle et plus réactive.
J’espère sincèrement que votre service client pourra s’améliorer à l’avenir, notamment en termes de réactivité et de clarté dans le suivi des demandes.

Vous avez raison : lorsqu’un bundle est acheté, chaque produit annoncé doit être disponible. Dans votre cas, l’un des plugins a dû être retiré suite à un problème technique et de licence imprévu avec notre équipe de développement. Nous avions initialement proposé un bon de réduction comme première solution, mais nous comprenons que cela ne remplace pas le produit payé.
Nous prenons la responsabilité de cette situation.
Afroplug est une entreprise indépendante et nous gérons directement chaque demande afin d’apporter une solution concrète à nos utilisateurs. Customer service was amazing and there are samples that you can't really find anywhere else. Great website!

This one is a keeper
This Afroplug is very well thought out. There is a volume slider for every button. I found it really easy to use. It wasn't just easy, the way it's laid out it was smart to use. It just makes sense. This plugin also have very good sounds. Good examples of full drum sets are very common. This plugin has sounds that just aren't very common among the Drum plugins. It's very well done.

To me Afroplug just makes music…
To me Afroplug just makes music production alot more easier. Saying this because both the plugin and the beta version have sweet sounds that are good and ready to go.
Great interface, designs and very easy to use. It increases my work flows and taken my sound to a whole new level.
If you ask me what's my go to for sound selections? I would tell you straight up, Afroplug.
I highly recommend it.
