Le système écoute client qui fonctionne très bien en terme de réactivité, de suivi et du retour rapide lorsque vous avez un souci avec un transfert.
La sécurité de la plate-forme: on voit que cet aspect est plus important pour vous que votre portefeuille client, j'ai été désactivé parce-que j'arrivai à finaliser les étapes obligatoires à cet effet. Ce qui démontre votre engagement pour cet aspect, vois préférez 1 client qui répond à vos normes sécurité que 1000...
Satisfaction de vos clients est prioritaire pour vous : une nouvelle adresse pour les virement interac a été rapidement envoyé aux clients lorsque la précédente ne fonctionnait plus.
Le point à améliorer comme rapidité de la transaction (certains jours)ne dépend pas directement de votre système,puisqu'il est externe mais vous pouvez continuer de travailler avec vos partenaires pour une meilleure amélioration continue.
Je termine avec une réflexion à haute voix: il faut etre quel type de client chez pour recevoir vos gadgets
