Affinity Workforce Solutions Anmeldelser

Really good agency to work for. I’ve felt really supported and listened to. Caitlin Ayres has been amazing at getting me regular shifts consistently at a school I enjoy working at :)

Cannot get through to finance at all. Have been chasing a credit note for months!

The application process was quick and straightforward.

Good work availability and helpful management

Helen and Luke are totally on it. Super organised and great communication!

My experience with Esther was excellent! she complete each step of the engaging process positive and fast. I was very impressed with her approach and she always made me feel like I was his number one importance. she was incredibly responsive and gave me great tips to make sure I felt prepared and confident going into my job. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a work who wants the best experience. Esther is the reason I am getting to take the next step up in my career.

Thank you to Leanne and Esther and the company I have had a very fantastic experience with finding a school and Esther asked me to ring her on my first day to know if I have enjoyed it, this made my day as it was a very polite action. Leanne was very helpful with my registration with the company, finally I am here to say the company, Leanne and Esther are a great team. Thank you for everything.

Since joining Affinity, I have been incredibly impressed with my consultant Esther. After a break from teaching she put me completely at ease and made the whole process much easier than it might’ve been. Furthermore, after a very difficult set of personal circumstances, the level of understanding and support I received was humbling. Without it I’m not sure I would’ve continued teaching but with it, I was able to continue doing what I love.

My experience with Affinity Workforce Solutions was fantastic. Esther Stocker was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me get employment.

Leanne has been like a fairy godmother! She has been so helpful with absolutely everything, getting back into work was made so easy. Every step she has been there to guide, help, assist and support me in every way and still is!
Couldn’t recommend Affinity and Leanne enough.

Working in this field has taught me a lot of different skills and different ways of learning in the school. The children and staff are very lovely and welcoming. I always look forward to work and enjoy my work everyday.

I recently joined Affinity and have been impressed with how professional they are, especially their compliance process which is very thorough. Leanne has been brilliant and is always really supportive and helpful whenever I speak to her. I’ve been placed in a great school and highly recommend this agency.

Brilliant agency to work for! Leanne and the team has stayed in touch from the beginning and throughout the whole process. Found work within 3 days of getting the job, very welcoming team and great place to work for.

Esther has been very helpful throughout my experience with Affinity. She is easily contactable, gets back to you very quickly with any queries and keeps you well informed. She is friendly and supportive and listened to my needs to find me the perfect position to fit in with my home life. I am really enjoying my work with Affinity.

The people working at this company are really dishonest.
They deducted money from my payslips and when I asked for clarification they took weeks to reply to my email .
Their reply wasn’t clear either and when I asked for further clarification they stopped replying to my emails.
I tried to contact them via phone and they didn’t pick up any of my calls .
So its has been 4 months that over 400 pounds have been deducted from my payslips and I don’t know where this money has gone .

Was a pleasure working alongside Affinity
