wow I've joined the medical insurance in Feb, and they have really lived up to their promise. I was a bit worried with this authorisation thing that I always need to get authorisation 1st before going to the doctor, but they are actually quick. so thank you for knowing that I can rely on you whenever my family is sick, you are the best

Just an amazing experience
Just an amazing experience, one of the top medical insurances (and I have been on about 4 medical aids before). The service we received via the phone to the prompt response and action that they took to get my baby to the hospitals casualty department, was simply amazing. Wish I could remember the agent and nurses name we spoke to because they truly are a gift to their profession!
