I have recently subscribed to this app .I had few issues with the billing. I emailed customer support who responded quickly and resolved my billing issues . I was very impressed with the team.
I accessed secure attachment audio content and found it very useful . They have audio file and a summary of the topic in bitesize for reading on the go and also offer 1:1 support .

Outstanding Customer Service - Affemity Customer Service is outstanding. Anytime I need assistance with trouble shooting scheduling an appointment with my coach the team is always very quick and polite to respond. I was a bit skeptical with the app at first as it wasn’t resonating with what I was looking for, but I ended up being able to navigate through it with time and also booked an 1on1 session

The content is truly valuable and enriching. I enjoyed using it for several months, but due to a personal situation, I had to unsubscribe while caring for my mother at the hospital. Customer service refunded me within five minutes and replied with genuine compassion. I was really impressed by their efficiency and kindness.
