Great buying experience - website is beautifully laid out and easy to navigate. I would buy one of everything if I could!

You couldn’t ask for more, I ordered it, it came, I used it 😉 I will definitely be doing it again.

Fantastic quality products staff are super friendly received in 2/4 days

The citrus tonic products are great quality that don’t smell overpowering nor give you a headache

I am a regular customer now. I love the range and the customer service is absolutely amazing. Loving all the fragrances.

I adore Aery - Persian Thyme room spray. It was given to me as a gift from a client and I’ve been buying it ever since ❤️

Great customer service and speedy delivery

The whole website is so well structured and very well organized. It was very easy to find the products that I wanted and the reviews were so helpful!!

Great site with a vast array of products at great prices . Easy site to use .Good choice of candle fragrance’s looking forward to receiving order .

Great service but disappointed with product. The scent is really nice up close but does not fragrance the room at all. Very disappointing for a diffuser at this price.

No issues with customer service but products disappointing

Love Aery products - they are my 'go to' diffusers and candles and I am delighted they have now launched hand creams in their fabulous fragrances!

I decided to try the Better Sleep Pillow Mist and honestly I got into bed that night and I hadn't felt so relaxed in so long. I also got the Fig hand cream and some bath salts- all of these products are luxury for a very decent price and all sustainable. I love the ethics behind the company. 10/10

So so happy with my product - it smells amazing. Also very impressed with the customer support! Sarah Henry was very helpful on email and made sure I got my parcel delivered to the right place.

Thank you!
