Ordered a in stock upper at the beginning of December, its almost April with nothing. I have ordered thousands of dollar's worth of parts from them in the past with no issues. With the no customer service its safe to say I am done with them.

Unfortunately did not see these reviews before I ordered and I walked right into their trap. They pulled the in stock to order but somehow still haven’t shipped an upper receiver I had ordered in early Feb. I was able to connect with their “customer service” via phone and was told it SHOULD ship mid April due to availability on parts. I will absolutely never buy from them again. It has been a terrible experience thus far.

Ordered a barreled action in October as a retail customer, nobody ever notified me it was oversold/out of stock, I finally complained a month later and after days and hours of effort on emails/phone was able to supposedly get a refund issued via check ... here we are almost 3 months after initially placing the order and I haven't received my refund nor any response via email for the last two weeks on the status... avoid this company at all costs, they make a decent product but do not deserve your money (there are plenty of other great manufacturers that do) and I can honestly say this after being a dealer for them for years this is nothing new, their customer service has always been a nightmare. Try another brand, trust me.

I saw the bad reviews after I bought directly from them so I called to cancel on Monday, but was told it was about to ship. On Wednesday it still didn't ship so I called to cancel but was told it was sent out. Didn't get tracking number until Thursday.
Then found it was sent FedEx express saver when I paid for USPS one day express. I asked to be refunded the difference but was told the FedEx option would have been $14 more expensive, which was a lie--I checked the shipping cost by trying to order it again and Fedex express saver was $37 cheaper.

BEWARE of Aero Precision. They often pull the IN STOCK scam, especially during sale promotions and fail to advise there is a 7-10 week delay in receiving your order. I like the quality but I cant stand deception and I'll no longer be purchasing anything from this company. There are a ton of quality manufactures who dont play these games.

Absolutely horrible company. Don't know what happened but their customer service is non existent. They take weeks/months to even process an order and IF you happen to receive it then you got lucky. I have been a dealer with them for years and I will never purchase another product again. I highly recommend you stick to other brands because AERO's products are not worth the time or hassle.

This review isn’t about the equipment, or any of their product, it’s great gear. But instead it is about an order i placed. I ordered a barreled action for a new gun build for a hunting trip at the end of October. Thinking i would have plenty of time to prep for it since i ordered it SEPTEMBER 2, AND ALL IVE BEEN TOLD WAS THAT WE ARE WAITING ON COATING. MIND YOU IT SAID IN STOCK WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER. I called and they said give them 3 weeks. I call again at the end of the 3 weeks for an update and they said give it roughly another week or so. I was told that i could cancel my order, but i have already been waiting for long enough hoping it would be at the shop already. It is now October 21 and still no update on the barreled action. I love the product, but at best I’m pretty upset at how this transaction has went.

I liked using Aero Precision products for builds u til recently when I ordered one of their new pro ambi lowers in OD green for a left hand/eject build. Well when I tried to get the OD green left eject upper, they refused just to sell the upper receiver saying I have to buy as a combo with a plain OD green lower which I don’t need or want, what a let down.

I LOVED Aero for so long. Prided myself on my builds being only quality parts from quality companies. I'm in ZERO way suggesting I'm a high dollar builder buying thousands in parts monthly, but I have been a loyal customer with multiple builds involving their parts.

Over time the quality has gotten less impressive, their customer service has always been a lil rough, but most recently I've dumped a ton of money (multiple builds worth over 5 months) with nothing to show for it but a single barrel (that was the wrong one ordered to begin with) and I can't get ANY correspondence. I've called, emailed, tried that chat feature (that was a joke... Somehow went from 8-7-14-to kicked out of queue) multiple times. The FFL I've gone through in the past, and with the current orders, can't get anywhere either.

Essentially, I've spent a WHOLE lot of money to build guns I have no clue will ever be built. THANK GOD I wasn't paid for these in advance, either way I look stupid, and I'm out the money.

They take your money and lie about their processing time. Their claim of six to ten days a complete lie. After waiting for two days for someone to answer their phone. I was informed that it takes six to eight weeks. Don’t buy anything from these liars. It’s obvious that they are in the business of ripping gun owners. Buyers Beware.

I've been ordering from Aero for the past ten years.
Ordered a build kit in October 2024. Just received in the last week (March 2025). Absolutely no updates from Aero Precision. Was unable to get through to Customer Service by phone, at all, for several months. Finally received the build kit, only to find out the Lower Receiver is a solid color. It was not finished in the pattern that the other Parts were. Not sure if this was a mistake, or intentional on Aero's part. If this is how they are doing their build kits now I'm never ordering from them again. Everything they are doing is a major trainwreck.

Worst company ever. Absolutely no customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT!! Impossible to get hold of anyone in the company, electronically or by phone call. Nothing!!

If you want your orders within 3 months, don't buy from Aero.
They will not give you ANY information, and you WILL NOT and CAN NOT speak to a human being.

I placed an order for an upper receiver for a 6.5 Grendel. This was placed in late December, 2024. I set up a password and user name and it shows no orders placed or pending. I was charged $538.05 at the time the order was placed. No shipping tracking, no one to answer the que of phone calls, nor chat online. Have no idea if they're about to go broke and keep everyone's money. Disputed the charge with Visa. Great experience with Visa.

I wish I would have seen this site first. My friend recommended them so I thought it was going to be good. I ordered all necessary parts to build an ar-10 on Dec. 19th 2024. It's been in processing since then. I've received a few of the items shipped separately but nothing in over a month. The most challenging problem is it is impossible to contact anyone. I've sent about 15 support requests and not a single response. I've waited for hours on their chat interface only to be kicked off. I've called their support phone number and navigated their system only to finally arrive at a "no one to take your call, goodbye" response. I have over a thousand dollars invested with no way to communicate with these clowns.

I wish I had come across these reviews before I purchased a product through them. Worst experience ever…same as the rest below. 10 days and order is still “processing”Never again with these guys.

12 days and my order has not shipped. Tried many times to get ahold them no luck. by phone by internet by email no luck.

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed and will not answer through any forms on communication.

I have the same experience as so many others. Place an order charge immediately and then crickets. There is no way to get anyone on the phone, they do not respond to emails. Literally is the worst customer service experience in the sporting goods industry. I don’t even have a way to cancel the order

This company is terrible, I ordered two in stock items they immediately took my money out of my account and never sent a confirmation email or order number. The website said 5-7 business days for the order to process and ship but after almost 3 weeks I never got an email. So I tried calling them multiple times and each time I got hung up on or told no one was there because they were closed but it was during their business hours. The voice automated machine said to try their online chat because it’s faster, after trying that a few times I got disconnected by them each time after waiting an hour in the queue just to be disconnected when it was almost my time to get connected to someone. Never responded to any of my emails either. I was never able to get a hold of them and thought they took my money and saw this wasn’t the first time this has happened and a lot of customers report the same issues and don’t receive their items for months or at all. I finally received my items. I will never but from this company and will never recommend them to anyone. There’s other companies with just as good products or better for the same price and I should’ve bought from them.
