Abdul was terrific. He was knowledgeable and very friendly.
Great experience.

The booking process was good and the communication excellent.

Thank you.

Representative of the company contacted us the day before our flight, to make sure they send a suitable car to pick us up. Natalia our driver was very professional and helpful and kept in touch with us from the moment we landed. The car was perfect. Clean and tidy and even bigger than the car we asked for. Great experience.

The driver was extremely helpful and the car was in top condition. I am truly grateful.

Highly recommend Aerolink Minicab Transfers. It’s very convenient to have a driver and ride waiting for you when you arrive jet-lagged after a long flight to a new airport and country. Both of my drivers from Heathrow to London and later back to Heathrow were punctual, polite and friendly, and very communicative through WhatsApp messages. Each driver confirmed the scheduled ride both the day before and also hours before. Also, both drivers were safe drivers even in heavy traffic conditions.

Everything smooth!! Driver on time and communication all the way since landing.Nice clean spacious car! Excellent overall!

Great service. The driver was punctual and professional.

Great job with communication by both the company and driver! Clean vehicle and good driving - even in a massive hail storm. And rates were very competitive. I would highly recommend for future use...

¡Early contact, before we arrive, the driver, she was also in contact and always open to serve, explain and have a great conversation, safety always was her priority, very good service!

Abdul contacted us as soon as we landed and was waiting outside. Very smooth transfer, no problem. Abdul was extremely friendly and courteous. Would recommend the service any time. Great experience. Thank you.

Pickup at the airport was very good. Driver was waiting on time. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. However she did not take us to the hotel but dropped us off a couple of blocks away and we had to walk with our luggage on cobblestone streets through crowds of people. We were not happy about that.
