Fast and efficient service

This is my third pregnancy, and my third time using Aeroflow for my insurance covered breast pump. Every single time has been a breeze. The process of checking insurance is quick, and they send it out well before your due date so you can familiarize yourself. Extremely happy. Will always recommend.

Aeroflow made the process so easy! I signed up during my first trimester and I love how they texted me once I became eligible for a lumbar support belt. After my doctor's office sent in my prescription I received my breast pump, milk bags quickly!

The insurance approval was very quick; the number of options for pumps and parts as well as brands offered is fantastic. I ordered about 30 days before my due date and the ordering, shipping, and delivery were so much faster than I anticipated. I am very happy with my experience.

Easy to request pump, only hiccup was getting the right prescription in the system for the order to be processed.

Shipping was fast & unexpectedly! I thought everything was going to take about a week to come. My order came in 2 days after ordering, I got a little more than I asked for which I’m appreciative of! Love the instructions & literally give everything u need! Give multiple options of sizes to pump with, the set up is sooo easy! Loved that. & I loved the little bottle pouch & ice packs it comes with, which is sooo convenient & didn’t even think of. I loved everything & grateful my insurance covered literally everything ! $0.00 for all & $0 for shipping. Everything was valuable & I got everything I needed so I don’t have to worry for the future. I had such a great experience with Aeroflow Breastpumps! The process of ordering through insurance was incredibly easy, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. The customer service and communication made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

I chose the Motif Duo pump, and I absolutely love it. It’s lightweight, compact, and easy to take anywhere. The pump weighs less than a pound and is small enough to fit in a purse or diaper bag, which made it perfect for travel, running errands, or pumping on the go. It also has a rechargeable battery, so I wasn’t tied to an outlet all the time. I used it on the plane all the way across the country to CA & noone knew i was even using it!

Despite its small size, it works really well and is surprisingly quiet. As a busy mom, I appreciated how easy it was to carry around and use wherever I needed. If you’re looking for a portable pump that doesn’t take up a lot of space but still gets the job done, I highly recommend the Motif Duo. And Aeroflow made the entire process so simple from start to finish!

Aeroflow made it super easy to get my breast pump and has continuously sent all the parts I needed since! Morgan was very knowledgeable and helped me with referral paperwork in order to get additional pump parts that were not originally included by my insurance. Would absolutely use them again and tell everyone how great they are!

I had no idea what I should be looking for in a breast pump. My Aeroflow rep educated me on all the options, asked questions about how/when/where I would be pumping, and helped me choose the right pump. I was also able to order milk storage bags, additional pump parts, etc from Aeroflow. It was all so easy! With my second kid, I exclusively pumped for a year, so I needed a lot of supplies. They hooked me up! 10/10 would recommend!

Aeroflow brand and employees are wonderful. I bought the speCtra 2 and other pregnancy gear with Aeroflow - loved all the products. Also participated in their courses with my insurance throughout my pregnancy and using their support postpartum too! I love the community and opportunity to learn with expert support.

They told me the product would be covered by my insurance, shipped it to me, and later sent me a bill when the insurance refused to pay. They never verified my coverage before sending the items, and now they expect me to pay for their mistake.

When I offered to return the unopened products, they told me I had to pay for return shipping myself. I spent two months emailing them asking for a simple prepaid return label so I could send everything back unused.

Instead of sending a label that would cost a few dollars, they chose to spend hours emailing back and forth while insisting I pay. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I strongly recommend getting supplies from another company.

At this point I honestly wouldn’t even trust that if I paid to ship the items back myself they wouldn’t claim they never received them.
