I haven't received my Aerless bags yet but if they are as good as the customer service I've received so far they should be awesome. I intended to order 4 bags during a sale Aerless was having. But my order was just for 2. It might have been my error. I contacted Aerless to say I really want 4, is it possible to add 2 at the same discount? They were extremely responsive and tried to do it on their end but my order shipped before they could add 2 more. So instead they sent me a link and ensured I got the discounted price. I had some product use questions, which were quickly answered. Was it AI or a human? I don't know but their responsiveness was timely and effective, and really awesome.

Later: In response to the company response below - I did contact your customer support team by webform three working days ago and no one has replied so I've put through the return at my own expense for shipping and have not heard from the returns team either.

Problem Solved
I had a problem with the shipping of my order. It was as if it got lost. Label was printed and then nothing was shipped. I don't think it was the companies fault. I contacted the company and next thing I know it was shipped and able to track really quickly.

I tried to return my bags purchased on line after seeing theirvad on Meta.Insane AI hoops to jump through with no resolution even though the "team" was working on it."
I jumped thru stupid hoops but could not "upload an image " of the product as its still in its packaging.This company promises returns for 100 days well it may take that long to getbmy 4116 back as im reporting this co and its bad practices to my stateAtty General. What a frustrating waste of my time.

Although I have not yet received my product, I reached out to the company to see if it would arrive before our upcoming vacation. I received a prompt response from their team, who assured me that the package would arrive before we leave.
Throughout our communication, the team was professional, friendly, and extremely responsive. We exchanged several messages, and every interaction was positive and helpful.
I honestly can't recall working with a company that responded so quickly and consistently. Based on my experience so far, I am very impressed with their customer service and support. Everything has gone smoothly, and I look forward to receiving and enjoying the product.

ordered the kit w/o pump by mistake
I ordered the kit without a pump by mistake. Aerless customer support kept at it until I got what I needed.
Shipping hassles, bad weather- awroess made sure I got what I needed.
I am a part time roadie, touring between one and three months a year- these bags are far in excess of the ones I’ve tried. Sturdier zippers with t-pulls. Airtight (I’m testing them with 5 sheets, a couple towels, and some other thicker clothing items. So far so good- this pump sealed them down TIGHT.)

I just used the bags for the 1st time when I went for my holiday at the end of May & found the bags were superb. Really saved on the space. I recommended to my friend who was travelling with me & she immediately ordered upon returning to Singapore.
Just that it takes a little bit of an effort to pull up & down the zip especially when first time use.
Very prompt in responding to my questions & queries

Good Quality and excellent product.
Customer service is excellent, and to make sure the product is really working I tried it and boom it is. The vacuum is so handy and the bag is made with a highly durable material. I’m happy with my purchase, can’t wait to use it in our vacation. Highly recommended

Zipper won’t zip down
I Bought 1 Aerless vacuum bag months ago (back in January) it’s been in the original packaging untouched because I’ve been planning a 2 week trip out of the country this summer and wanted to keep it in a safe location as to not forget that I had it. Like a kid on Christmas…I finally go to open the original package and welp the vacuum zipper won’t zip down. It’s literally stuck in place. I went on Google just to see if I could get tips for the zipper to unzip. Everything I’ve tried has not worked. The vacuum bag will not unzip. After reading reviews this looks like a common theme that happens. It’s far too late for me to return it. Even if I returned it at this time I would not get another replacement vacuum bag in time for my trip as I leave in five days. Very disappointed and will now have to see if I can get a different vacuum bag off of Amazon. Maybe I’ll have better luck at a cheaper price. This Aerless bag was very expensive and my money has gone down the drain. Very disappointed in this Aerless bag product. Maybe it’s my fault for not testing it out when I first got the bag in January, but I didn’t think I’d have to test something out That’s brand new in the original packaging that had never been opened. Very very disappointed and my $70 is gone.

Good material but the vacuum did not…
Good material but the vacuum did not suck them down very well. Used my regular vacuum to get them as condensed as possible.
Also the package arrived damaged and one bag had a hole in it. I didn’t notice it until I had unpackaged all
Of them.
