Thank you very much for the way you…
Thank you very much for the way you handled my most recent order. I have already phoned your office stating just how delighted I was with the same. For the past 30 years I have been a 'Feature Writer', first with the British Homing World (for 25 years) and now with the Racing Pigeon. I have already given your company a mention in my next article but this has not been sent in as yet for I still have an article to be published. I have not said too much about your company, (but just enough) for if I did then the Editor would put his red pen through it for it would look as if it was an advert.
Thank you

BIG MISTAKE
Ordered 1st., delivered 9th.
I live two miles from the mill so, previously, I could visit and return home in 20 minutes. Shop closure and UPS delivery is a BIG mistake.
Surely you can improve on 'local' deliveries?
