Informasjon om virksomheten
Skrevet av virksomheten
The Advent Calendar Shop was created from a lifelong love of Christmas and everything that makes the festive season special. For us, the magic has always been in the build-up - the excitement of counting down the days and enjoying those small moments of joy along the way. Our story began with Carousel, a family-run retail business founded in 1998 by David and Clare Turvey. Over the years, Advent calendars became one of our most popular products, loved by customers of all ages. This growing enthusiasm inspired us to create The Advent Calendar Shop as a dedicated online space focused entirely on the Christmas countdown. Today, we offer one of the widest selections of Advent calendars in the UK. Our carefully chosen range includes traditional paper Advent calendars, chocolate and sweet calendars, toy and novelty designs, beauty calendars, fill-your-own options and Advent candles, with something to suit everyone. We focus on offering quality products, friendly service and a smooth online shopping experience. Open all year round, we’re here whenever you’re ready to start the countdown - because it’s never too early for Christmas.

Christmas Tradition
Last year I bought an advent card for a boy we sponsor in Equador and another for my wife. Both received and enjoyed. Again this year the Robins on the pillar box prompted anothe purchase. 'She' was delighted. I can see this becoming a Chritmas tradition.

Mystery "giver"
There doesn't seem to be a facility to let the receiptent know WHO has gifted the calendar to them.
On two occasions I also tried to ask about this via the contact form on the company's website but on neither occasion did the message appear to have been successfully delivered.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. There is an option to leave an order note during checkout, and we’re always happy to include a message with the order when requested. We never include any payment or price details on the packing slip. I’m sorry to hear you experienced difficulties with our contact form, and I do hope the recipient enjoyed their Advent Calendar. Wishing you a very Happy Christmas 🎄
Terrible - Scam website
Scam website. Ordered a mini musical calendar - it's mainly some German man reading poetry? Avoid.
UPDATE Despite their claims this was another website it wasn’t. Proof forwarded to them by email.

What a Complete Letdown
Bought two advent calendars and just received an email 3 days later to say my order is cancelled because they are "out of stock".
Their website said they were in stock at the time of purchase. They just cancelled my order without any contact or offer to help. Leaving me no time to get more calendars for my two 6 year olds in time for 1st of Dec.
Very Poor service. Won't be shopping with you again.
