Outstanding customer service
Absolutely wonderful customer service. I ordered numerous pairs to try on from Advance Performance and from another online company, but I accidentally mixed up the returns. Advance Performance (but not the other company..) were SO helpful and sorted everything for me with the other company so that I didn't have to pay any more postage or have even have to get involved in sorting out my own mess! Wish there was more of this genuine care for customers around. Would very much recommend Advance Performance.

Poor Stock Control
Purchased trainers off their website on a Friday, informed late afternoon on Monday that they didn’t have my size and tried to upsell to a different model. Would expect far better stock control and customer service

Excellent customer service and careAfter ordering a pair of trainers and…
After ordering a pair of trainers and receiving them in very good time I realised that I had the wrong size. It may have been an error on my part but I sent them back and within a day I had a phone call from the company to check that the size I was wanting was a replacement was correct. The lovely gentleman I spoke to (I think it was Mike) was so friendly and extremely helpful. My replacement trainers arrived safely in a couple of days. I couldn’t have had better customer service anywhere. I’m a very delighted lady and am recommending this company to everyone. I don’t think I’ve had better customer service anywhere 😁😁😁

Excellent unbiased service.
I was given excellent unbiased advice about purchasing new shoes for treadmill use. There was no attempt to push higher-priced shoes and after the "gait assessment" they identified 4 pairs for me to try leaving the final choice to me. On top of that I was also given some great advice about how to approach my exercise regime as I'm new to running. I couldn't have been happier with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them.
